I would very warmly recommend a vacation at Baffetto B&B. We stayed with Ms. Monika as an 11-member family at the end of June. Upon arrival, we were very warmly and kindly welcomed. Ms. Monika helped us with all our needs: she assisted us with transportation issues and provided advice and guidance on exploring Rome. Every morning, she greeted us with a smile, delicious Italian coffee, and a delicious breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily; they were well-maintained and tidy. Ms. Monika’s property offered a lot of freedom, allowing us to spend the evenings under a covered terrace, enjoying the charms of the Italian climate and the setting sun. We were with two small children, aged 2 and 5, and there was a modest playground, a foosball table, and a place to play soccer for them. However, the greatest attraction was Ms. Monika's cows just beyond the fence :) I highly recommend booking with Ms. Monika; the hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, yet only 30 minutes from the city center. We hope to return here again :)

Nice , quiet place . A good place to unwind and in a bus ride distance from Rome. The owners are friendly and accommodating! The rooms are clean!

Lovely place and beautiful view over the land of the owners. They are very nice and help you with everything, really amazing. If you like to relax after a long day in the city, it is perfect. If you don't mind the fuss of the city, then you might prefer a place closer to the city. The bus connection is good, but it is over half an hour ride to get to the centre of Rome.

The location is very beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. But the best part is the family that owns the place. They are very nice and kind people. And they prepared dinner for us in some nights. We will come back for sure.

Friendly host, not very expensive stay. It was nice not to have crowded street nearby with mass traffic. Brakfast was personalized and delivered on time. Host took care to clean place frequently even it was not necessary.

Ottimo seems to stay in a countryside instead of Rome. There's Little cows and you can feed them
