We booked a one-night stay here thru ******* on Sept. 12, 2017. The reservation was for March 30, 2018. The stated cancellation policy was we could cancel without penalty until March 29, 2018. We cancelled this stay on Sept. 20, 2017, or 6 months in advance. The hotel then ended up billing us on March 31 claiming we were a no-show. Many calls to our cc company (BoA) and *******, still has not resolved this fully. ******* checked their records and says the cancellation was transmitted to the hotel so it must be something wrong on the hotel's end. I believe that because it's crazy how no one is ever available to discuss this issue with ******* when they call. And they lied to Bank of America and told them we cancelled the day after our stay! It's unbelievable this hotel is allowed to get away with stuff like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time or money.

I got married in June 2012 in Monte Porzio Catone and having family and friends scattered around Italy, I chose the Poggio Regillo hotel as a base for them to stay in there during the week-end double.
The organization was complicated of course, because of the high number of relatives and invited friends, in spite of this the hotel staff proved to be perfect: always available, very organized, friendly and always ready to respond with a smile, came up in every way proving to be really clean, precise, and professional.
Guests have been good, we have done all the compliments. We have reserved the Suite Shiraz for the first wedding night and we have thus been able to benefit from its large spaces and its splendid terrace with a view over Rome, on which we continued the party post-wedding with friends.
There are no words to describe how much we were satisfied with the treatment: there was even a problem, everything perfectly organized.
Offer a shuttle service and a booking service for rental with driver very useful.
You are put at the service of our guests with great cordiality, and also a great steam iron for the mother of the groom so that he could stretch the dress wrinkled from the trip.
The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
In short, the stra, we recommend!

Was really impressed with the room we got. Our own private balcony.a very beautiful area to walk around. We really enjoyed our nightly stroll after dinner. The restaurant was superb. Really friendly staff and tried to speak English which was much appreciated. we did have to use Google translate but we got exactly what we needed. Di chianti wine at the restaurant was really good. Highly recommend the tiramisu.

It's ok. Location is quite remote, you only take a taxi which is expensive. I didn't really have warm water. AC is nice, beds are good and breakfast is ok.

Amazing Suite with fantastic views, friendly staff and lovely surroundings. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.
