A bit souless but I guess to be expected for a motel near the airport on a Sunday night.
The older chap on reception during the night shift very early on the Monday morning was quite friendly though.

Excellent hotel in country location
Small friendly hotel only one stop outside Rome centre. Bus shuttle picked us up from railway and took us to and from metro and to airport on return. Excellent service. Room adequate. Shower good and plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast good and evening meal. Lunch needs a more extensive range.

Staff not friendly, room smelled of sewage, only hot water available in the shower which burned us.

Surprisingly nice property. The area to get their, make us worry, but ones on the property, is very nice and safe. Nice pool area, very good breakfast (not a vegan option)

Fantastic experience....everything was perfect!!! We were greeted at reception by Alessia, a very friendly and helpful person, who provided us with all the useful information for our 3-day stay. We booked a very nice standard room located on the ground floor, with a small outdoor patio.... The room was spotless, thanks to the cleaning staff, who did their job scrupulously, and also very spacious. The complex of this hotel is very nice and well-structured, the pool area with adjacent bar, where you can relax with a drink, imagining yourself on a tropical island....or have dinner and lunch! The breakfast is very generous, and above all, the staff here are very welcoming and very helpful! I hope to return as soon as possible and enjoy another fantastic stay!!! Oh, I forgot, they have a spa and shuttle service!!!! What more could you ask for?

Disappointing Experience – Beware of Reception Staff. Our stay at Picolo Borgo was frustrating from the start due to the incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist. Communication around the shuttle pickup from the metro station was a nightmare, and even basic assistance was met with attitude. Although we were told the pool would stay open later, we were forced out five minutes before closing, needlessly strict and poorly handled.Despite being just a 10-minute drive from the airport, no shuttle was available in the morning. The receptionist refused to help arrange a taxi and even tried to overcharge us,quoting €35 for a ride we ended up booking ourselves for €20 using the FreeNow app.The location is remote with nothing nearby,so make sure to bring food if you're staying overnight. Overall, the rude service and lack of basic hospitality made this a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Quiet and comfortable hotel
This is a very comfortable hotel which is close to the airport. It is perfect for one night stay when your flight landed at the airport too late. The only issue is the Spa and sauna which was closed but appeared to be available on the hotel introduction.

We stayed at Hotel Piccolo Borgo for one night, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked into the room, it was clear that basic cleanliness and maintenance weren’t a priority. There were stains on the curtains, torn furniture, marks all over the walls, and dirty floors. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with visible stains on the mattress and only one flat pillow that offered no support. The bathroom was another huge problem. The next morning, when we went to shower, we discovered there was no hot water at all. After a long day of traveling, we were hoping for at least a decent start to our day, but we were forced to shower in cold water. The showerhead was filthy, covered in grime and limescale, and the whole bathroom felt unclean. It’s shocking that this was the standard they provided. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was advertised as non-smoking. My partner has asthma, so this wasn’t just unpleasant, it was a health risk. We brought up these issues at check-out, but instead of taking any responsibility, we were handed a business card and told to email management. We emailed straight away, including photos of the room to support our complaint. After several days of back-and-forth emails, management finally offered a partial refund, but their tone was dismissive and unprofessional. They even referred to our complaint as an “endless epistolary conversation,” which was insulting given how serious the issues were. We never usually submit reviews and are often lenient if one or two things aren’t quite right, but this experience went far beyond what we could excuse. This hotel didn’t meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or service. For a place that calls itself 3 star, the experience was a joke. We wouldn’t recommend staying here under any circumstances.

There was almost nothing to like. At most I can say that staff in restaurant (breakfast) was better than other staff and break fast was okay
On negative side there is long list.
1 - Location  - If you are coming from other country and don't have your own car, this is the worst choice of hotel to stay. Bus is not very frequent. Even if you get one you have to walk 700-800 Metre on a very poor road with luggage which is very dangerous at night as it is very isolated.

2 - Hotel Room and facilities - It was decent size room. However, they did not provide even basic things - No electric cattle was provided..no tea coffee. Staff said that we can ask for hot water whenever we need but no container was given. Every time you go to reception for hot water they will give a damn look at your face. It was so frustrating as if you are bagging after paying a huge price for room. I was not feeling well so I had to use hot water to drink. Imagine if you have a baby who needs hot water for milk and all.
Not to mention they did not provide tea and coffee kit inside room or even on demand.

3 - Staff - The most important aspect of any hotel or stay is the staff behaviour. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff is very rude and arrogant. While check-in the staff was acting as if they are very busy even if there are not many guest. They will not pay any attention. Just get the money and handover the key and forget it. all the staff baring 1 always had angry face..like the lady when I asked for hot water was like giving me a bad look...

Last thing, we booked the taxi for the airport from the reception. They charged a very high price of 75 Euro but we agreed as we did not want to take chance and miss the flight. It was agreed that we will pay by card and will not pay anything beyond 75 Euro. Man at the reception insisted to pay extra 5 E but after talking to taxi guy  he agreed for 75 E.
Now next morning when we reached at the airport and started paying by card, driver asked 5 Euro extra. I mean what the hell...he said we have to pay 5 extra as we are paying by card....I thought these things not happens in Europe but trust me people are people...

I really doubt if the management reads these reviews or not..because based on so many bad revoews I would have fired the staff...such a worst stay.

Nice place a little outside Rome. The staff drove us to the metro with a shuttle bus every day, and picked us up in the evening. Good service from the staff in the front desk as well.
No A/C on the rooms, and limited breakfast facilities.
