Good hotel with very good price

Very very nice, clean comfortable and great customer service and secure.

While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok, bathroom ok. If you need a place to stay clean and have no luggage it is ok. But for 85 euros a night it is not worth it.

The customer service was very polite, the hotel was very clean and cozy, quiet. Was close to bus and metro terminal. Its a small hotel but very good!

It was a good hotel that gave me what I needed. The young woman at the front desk was amazing!

The woman at the front desk was not good at English during my stay, but she tried her best to explain things to me and was very nice. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, with some ups and downs.
There's a supermarket nearby. It takes about 30 minutes by subway to get to the city center.
I extended my stay by one night, but I didn't have to move rooms.
The room had a balcony and a bathroom, which was convenient for smoking.

The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.

The hotel was very loud. The noise continued late into the night and started again before 4 a.m. The included breakfast consisted of a croissant and an espresso or cappuccino in the bar downstairs. The cleanliness wasn't great either. The room was only swept or vacuumed once in the six days we stayed, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned every day either.
I can't recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. I don't think it is a busy hotel given its location (50km from Rome) but the staff were all absolutely superb and the coffee and croissant every morning were lovely. The WiFi was great and it was very close to a Metro which was only 25 mins to the San Giovanni stop which is handy for the Termini station and to walk to the Colosseum. Metro cost only 3 euros.
