Friendly staff, but horrible food...if they have what you want, that is. They didn't, so I found myself ordering the pumpkin soup. There was a reason it was still available. Don't order their pumpkin soup; it tastes like McDonald's French fries were cooked into a pumpkin based porridge, overpriced at 15 euros. Don't tip here; they already take it the money for their tip when you're billed. 5 euros for a can of coke. Yikes! There are so many other places along the same street similarly priced but soooo much better!

This place is absolutely disgusting do not even bother. They market it like it’s a brand new 5 star hotel it’s maybe a 1 star. The whole hotel smells like mildew & fried food especially the hallway and elevator. Our room completely flooded when we took a shower so no wonder why the place smelled like mold. They didn’t even try to clean it up just offered us a new room that was dusty, the trash wasn’t even taken out from the previous guest and all of the soap and shampoo in the shower was empty. Do not waste your money here.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Worse than a super 8, it’s in a nice location but do NOT stay here. The entire hotel smelled like mildew, come to find out carpets have been flooded multiple times and they never fixed the issue. We tried to check out and the hotel owner came to see what the problem was and they only offered to switch rooms. My parents checked out a day early and they still charged him for the second day. Total scam, stay far away. The picture show 5 stars, just a marketing scam.

Absolute madness, I've *never* witnessed anything like it in 30 years of staying in hotels. Giving it even one star feels like too much, but the website requires it. The only decent thing was the room itself (aside from the jammed entrance door handle and the 'portable' safe, which literally just sat unsecured on a wardrobe shelf). The rest was an absolute nightmare: zero services, staff who seemed clueless, and after two futile requests, we even had to go out and buy our own coffee pods. Breakfast was barely 2-star quality – an insult to both the eyes and the stomach. Even the most basic requests had to be made repeatedly, and if you were lucky, they'd be poorly handled after half an hour. More often, you'd get bizarre and ridiculous responses, like asking for two bananas and being told, 'We only have one, the delivery hasn't arrived, sigh!' The self-service food counter was constantly empty, they used discount napkins, and the elevator wasn't working when we arrived, only to 'magically' start operating after we complained. In short, it was a 5-star disaster. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before booking and paying in advance, and I feel completely ripped off by these people. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! The management has absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. The elevator reeked, and so did the carpet in our room. The staff seemed completely lost and unsupported, and it's almost 2025, yet this hotel, which in a normal world would barely qualify as 1-star (let alone 5-star!), couldn't even provide a simple bottle of water. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for 4 nights in Rome. It’s a new boutique hotel walking distance to Trevi fountain. The room was good sized and the bathroom HUGE. There was no view from the room, but we didn’t mind because we could open the window for fresh air without the city noise! The bed was great and sheets luxurious!

Absolutely terrible experience. The lobby shares its space with a minuscule restaurant. No services were available, and the internet connection was slow. The waiter was unprepared, and the reception staff were unmotivated, unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service, shabby rooms, some overlooking inner garden trash pile. Mediocre 3 star instead of 5, overpriced. Lady at the reception was unprofessional and incapable of making basic decisions, apart from charging money. Manager or owner are not available even on Tuesday 3 pm. It feels like rental rooms not 5 star hotel.

This hotel is ver new. Unfortunately, everything wasn't working well. WiFi is very unstable, cut off in every 5 minutes, I needed to re-register very 5 minutes. I gave up.... TV remote control wasn't working at all, No drinking water provided. You better go to the market to get the water before boarding. I told the front desk the problems, but no one care to fix it. No facial tissue paper provided. My goodness.... 4 to 5 stars hotel?

My review is only about the hotel’s restaurant. The evening started very nicely, we were greeted by male host ( he did not introduce himself). We decided to eat at that restaurant because of mushroom display outside. The host offered us very nicely described dinner of chicken, roasted mushrooms and mashed potatoes. My husband and I decided to share the meal. The chicken was nicely done, small bawl of mashed potatoes was nice addition, the mushrooms were not cooked long enough for me to enjoy it, but I decided not to comment on it to the host. We also ordered dessert, which was very well done. However when the bill came, I could not control my surprise and disappointment. We were charged €20 for a small bowl of mashed potatoes, when the same restaurant charges €24 for the lamb dish. the mushrooms, which there were probably 8 -10 small mushroom were €30. I think the host could see my surprise and took €15 off the mushroom price. I still cannot get over the €20 price for mashed potatoes. My advice if you decide to eat in that restaurant to make sure you know the price before you order.
