The staff were very helpful, there is free luggage storage as well and it's very close to everything. You get all your basic amenities as well. Kudos to the hotel staff
We had our own room and restroom. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were amazing! Johnny was very nice and helpful during our short stay. They came in daily to make the beds. Was not expecting that but it was nice after our long days in Rome. He even recommended a restaurant a street over that we enjoyed. Some people mention this area is dangerous. I didn’t feel that way in the...
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rome! The host, Mabri, was extremely kind and helpful in sharing the best places to visit. Located very close to the Rome train station, we were able to walk to the property upon arriving and then walk throughout Rome during our trip without needing to take the bus or train one time. The facilities were much better than I expected for the price we paid...
What a great hidden secret gem. Room was large, clean, easy to find. Many options for eating. Walkable to all attractions 20-30 mins. I highly recommend
We had a great stay at Funny Palace! The staff was very kind and gave us AMAZING recommendations on how to navigate Rome. One of the owners/managers (I’m assuming) used to be a tour guide, and annotated a map showing us the most efficient way to see Rome, and highlighted any key spots we should visit. The accommodation was very close to a train station, but we only used it when we entered/exited Rome...
Decent place in a great location for a very affordable price. Reception was very kind and helpful.

Two Ducks Hostel exceeded my expectations for a hostel and especially with some of the reviews I have read. They allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early. Rooms were large and very clean. We saw them cleaning when we arrived as well. This hostel has an elevator which was amazing as most older buildings do not. When other guests arrived on day 2, the bathroom was clearly more dirty but...
Great place to stay for young people travelling. Great location and comfortable beds. Anis welcomed us at reception and could not have been nicer.
Great hostel, very helpful receptionist and in that price this is the best place to stay in Rome. The rooms are large and very clean and it's quiet. Near to the termini station.
+ Good location (near main station) + Good room for the price - No towels (even for additional price, they just don’t have it). Quite dissapointed, cause in the pictures they show towels on beds. - Cold in the room, there were additional blankets in the wardrobe, but it was still cold - Room had a shower, but not a toilet. There’s only one toilet and it’s shared.
Location is very good. But a little difficult to find it. Room are nice.
Very nice BnB. Good location. Restaurants, shops, metro, bus station are all nearby. Beds are very comfortable, room is spacious, everything is neat and tidy. The owner is a quick responder and helps at any time of the day.

Rome, Via Milazzo, 14, 00185 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The only reason it's not a 1/5 is because of the price and location. You get what you pay for, I guess. Not sure if it was just bad luck, but my room didn't have any hot water lol so um yea have fun showering at 2am. There is ZERO noise isolation from outside so the room is insanely noisy. No towel. The bunkbed's steps are shaky and noisy.
1 star for the location near Termini 2nd star: cheap, the receptionist was friendly 3 star: private bathroom, common room and a microwave. deductions: no warm water. I addressed the issue and someone was sent to fix it but it only lasted a day. I shower twice a day when I spend most of the day walking. stayed a few days and only two showers were warm. the rest was lukewarm at best. I think there was...
There's no hot water, and the kettle in the kitchen is too dirty to use.
There's no kitchen area and they need to turn on the heating.
It's fine. Maybe they should have sheets because the comforter only irritated me. It's also not good not having 24-hour reception, since if there's an issue, you can't call, make a complaint, or request a room change.
The bed is quite small, air conditioner isnt working well, kind of hot. Seperare bathroom in your room. The most stupid thing is there is a late check in fees even though you have contacted them through directly phone call.

Good enough. Clean rooms, nice personnel. Lockers are provided.
They wanted 2 euro per person for early breakfast, but at the start they said they would do it for free
New Generation Hostel Rome Center exceeded all my expectations with its clean facilities, friendly atmosphere, and central location. Special recognition goes to Andrea, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Rome.
The staff was friendly and the location was good, but the air conditioning didn't work.
A great option for female solo travelers, according to my experience the area was safe, near to most attractions and most of the staff were nice, willing to help and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here, would recommend!
The reception is super! It is the hostel and you cannot expect the cleanliness as a hotel with this price. The toilet is ok and location is perfect, between the main station Termini and the sightseeing spots!. Love this

I'd stay here again. I stayed in a private room with a shared bath. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. Recycling receptacles were available. The owners were friendly and helpful. Location near the central train station made arrival and departure a breeze. Fabulous gelateria was a nightly 3 block walk. I could not get my Saily internet working so...
It's a cozy and nice hostel with only one room for 4 people. Since there are few guests, the draw was good and I got some good people. I think I'll go there next time I stay in Rome.
I am definitely coming back to stay in this property if I am in Rome.
Good location, charging port next to bed didn’t work but they had many charging areas that were away from the bed. Not sure where to get new clean towels
The boss's service is very good, the first choice for youth hostels!
Its a house so has more of a personal feel. The living room is quite comfortable and the location is very central. Owners are also friendly and accommodating. Room has large lockers

Very pleasant stay!! A perfect location to roam around Rome, very close to all attractions. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente all’Hotel Genio. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e...

Very nice Hotel but in first day the reception guy seems a little bit not so easygoing.
The location is excellent. The noise level is probably the same as throughout Italy. On our second day, an organized group of tourists arrived for breakfast, and everyone showed up at once. So we had to wait for a table to become available and for food to be restocked. You can leave your luggage before check-in. The room is large. And the bathroom is absolutely enormous, compared to other hotels...
Excellent location, dated but clean. Breakfast could be improved.
This place is super close to everything ! But what I loved the most is their receptionist were top notch!!! Super nice and helpful and very attentive.

What a beautiful location and beautiful place to stay. The rooms were large with plenty of space to relax and had a private patio plus the shared rooftop area with 360 degree views of the entire city. The employees were amazing and accommodating. Would certainly return when back in Rome
We had a very nice experience in this hotel. It is true, it's more of a BnB than a hotel but that's what makes it charming. Our check-in was smooth with Fabriztio (spelling) and he was super helpful arranging our airport ride and giving advice on restaurants The breakfast ladies were also friendly. Our room had a king bed and a large shower. No view but the roof deck view was amazing. I see a lot of...
We have just returned from the most magical trip ever and cannot wait to return to both Rome and this hotel. The service and rooms were exceptional and more than we could ever have expected. But by far the thing that makes us excited to return is the massively undersold view from the terrace. Being up there was breathtaking and made you feel like you were part of something really special. Every night...
Booked this as part of a mini break to Rome. it is located on street not far from the Colosseum. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. But the view from the rooftop terrace was the best aspect of this hotel. It was superb. The view of the Colosseum and the rest of rome by day and night was amazing. We didnt need to pay for view of Rome as we had it on the...
This was a fantastic hotel thank you Fabrizio for your hospitality and your nice surprise for my girlfriend's birthday! The rooftop terrace is amazing and the rooms are very clean!!! We arrived at around 8pm and for this late arrival we had to pay 20€ extra which is a bit too much we thought! I know many hotels which handle that with a code box outside at the door, so if you're not there personally...

The location is great, as it is within walking distance of the Main Train station, which provides access to almost anywhere in Rome. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room is old but okay for solo travelers. The CR is a bit small. There is an elevator, but it does not stop on the main floor, so you still need to take the stairs to reach your designated floor (if you press the...
The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the train station and some historical sites. The hotel is quite old, there was no refrigerator in the room.
Nice place! The room was clean.
Considering the age of the building and the price, the room quality was as expected. However, the staff were cheerful and kind, and the breakfast, though simple, was really good. We had a room with two single beds, and while the beds were quite narrow, they were surprisingly comfortable and easy to sleep in.
Convenient location, clean, and quiet.
Staff are friendly and helpful..Very good location and I highly recommend it.

It was a decent place to stay. Comfortable beds. Noisy area but I guess that is to be expected in town center
It was in the best location, everything was so close. We stepped outside on the first night for a mooch before bed and stayed out for hours. So many nice restaurants, walkways, shops, Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps - all in the first night. went back to the fountain and steps every day because of how close they were. Amazing! I spend 4 nights here and I definitely recommend it! The room is very large and bright, has lots of light and a modern minimalist style, very well equipped. Very good choice for accommodation in Rome. Cleaning was 5*. Location is perfect. Good bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer.

The best thing is location of the hotel. Very nice view from the window. Very friendly staff. But the rest of things need to be improved. The room keys are very archaic (should be as plastic cards) , the shower head in the room doesn't have a hook to place it. Reception and diner are situated in the same room🤣. WiFi very often works weakly. Better to buy a local sim card. Coffee machine never works...
The staff are extremely friendly and speak English. Breakfast was amazing and free. The location is perfect for first time travellers to Rome. Located near the train station and several metro stops. Also there is a convenience store and the second best gelato store in all of Rome nearby. The hotel is charming and we are planning on returning.
This place is actually pretty cool. Good price for an excellent room. It had air conditioning and a step up into the bathroom which was quite small but on vacation you don't really like to spend a lot of time there anyway. Kind of a small elevator to get up to the rooms but once you're up there it was really cool. The breakfast in the morning although very plain was just perfect to get on our way for...

We have chosen a "mansarda" room with a terrace, and it was a great decision - waking up with the church bell ringing was a pleasure for us, the plastic doors provide you an option to stay not disturbed, if you hate any kind of noise. The square itself had such 100% italian atmosphere. I don't understand people complaining about the stairs - the descriptions says it is an ex monastery - why would you...
Stayed for 1 night Excellent location, close to bus stops and various clubs for a pleasant evening. The room, although not very large, had everything you needed. Cleanliness was also excellent. Possibility of leaving your luggage in the structure even after check-out.
I stayed for 3 nights with a friend and it was a fantastic experience, our room was 30, which had a beautiful balcony with a very nice view and everything was very clean. From the initial booking all the communication was excellent. They even organised a driver to take us from the airport. The location is unmatched! I was there during a layover and had everything within a 2 minute walk. It’s incredibly convenient. More great than the location was the staff. I stayed at Piccola Navona Roof Garden in early January 2024 and will certainly return the next time I am in Rome. Liked - The location is premium, it is 10-15 min. away from most of the places we wanted to visit. New hotel, comfortable rooms, just 1 minute walk from piazza Navona. Spacious bathroom with rain shower. Comfortable bed. Reception only staffed during normal office hours.
