I am 80 and had the great misfortune of staying here. We had to leave after one night because we complained to Priceline and *********** about not having a proper mattress or chair to sit on and against our wishes Priceline and *********** called the owner to tell her of our complaint. The owner was furious that we complained, it was like she was bipolar. So nice when we checked in but when she heard we complained the next morning she told us to leave. We were frightened so of course we left. She refused to give us a refund and Priceline and *********** and Mr. Arvin, a supervisor at ***********, refused to follow their company's responsibility to us. Mr. Arvin at *********** forced us to pay $1,100 for the entire stay. The strange thing was that Priceline told us we were getting a refund and then Mr. Arvin cancelled the refund based on the owner's testimony of our brief stay. So we are going to the questura to file a complaint against Candia. NO do not stay here. It is a strange unsafe place. And Priceline and *********** do not help you if something bizarre and unsafe happens. Do not use their services.

Horrible, horrible experience! I'm still shocked at how we were treated at this place! The creature at the reception is rude, lying, uneducated and plain... let's say, not smart. Don't stay there if you don't want to ruin your trip

Avoid this place! Do not book or even look at this place. We made a booking and paid for the room a month in advanced. When we arrived to the property the staff (Very unfriendly and rude) said she had no reservation and was fully booked. She was super rude and left out of the building. She said she was going to hand me an email saying she had emailed all travel agencies last night to contact me but never came down again nor emailed me. It was an unpleasant experience and hope this place gets shut down soon due to all the bad reviews. I gave it a chance ignoring all the bad reviews and had to live through it. Do not book this place if you want to have a worry free trip as you will find yourself with nowhere to stay!
