First up, Rosanna, her son Armando, and their family are those very rare and special kind of hosts. Well informed, welcoming, prepared for anything, and just lovely people.
That they guided us expertly and compassionately through our visit’s medical tribulations only further proved the depth and integrity of their nature.
The privacy of the Maison’s few rooms are a complement to the everyday Ischia vibe of the neighborhood, situated conveniently between the town’s retail/social areas and a straightforward, unpretentious beach at the end of the block.
My only hesitation in recommending this gem and the magical possibilities of experiencing Ischia from here is that too many, or some few unappreciative guests may taint the Rosanna Maison.

Great stay!
Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was very welcoming. The breakfast each morning was lovely, especially the homemade cakes. Highly recommend!

When you get to Rosanna Maison, a stone's throw from the beach and right in the heart of Ischia Porto, pedestrian area, you are welcomed by the host, Mrs Rosanna who makes you feel ever better than at home: so warmly greeted, and taken care of that you instantly fall in love with her hospitality, and the B&B. I have hardly ever found such generous care, even with dietary requirements that are no mean feat, breakfast was truly a feat! Everything so genuine, flavours melting away while tasting the cakes or fruits, and all accompanied by a witty conversation, laughter and insights on the island. Of course if you are someone who enjoys talking in the morning otherwise you can simply enjoy the breakfast layout, marvellous! Ten stars for sure! The b&b is heaven, spotless, the room so comfortable, location top notch. Definitely returning, and can absolutely recommend it!

Stayed at Rosanna's for a few nights last month and it was fantastic. Rosanna is so incredibly friendly, and although I couldn't speak a ton of Italian we still communicated in our own way. Nice rooms, great breakfast, and easy walk to Ischia downtown. And an easy walk to the beach!

I'd give this place ten stars if I could! We felt very welcomed by the owner and had a great time staying there. Beds are comfy, the place is spotless clean and location is great to see the island. Breakfast is a bonus: homemade jelly and cake, amazing coffee and one of the best croissant Ive ever had. 100% recommended.

By far one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The room has everything you need, is perfectly clean and the bed is as comfy as it could be. Location is great to see all the highlights in the island by public transport or walking. Definitely worth it!

We stayed at the B&B Rosanna Maison in August 2023, the week of August. Clean, well-kept, colourful, very relaxing sea theme. Rooms equipped with all comforts. Really excellent location, both for the beaches and the city center. Hospitable, kind and welcoming staff. Abundant and varied breakfast, but above all the cakes made by Mrs. Rosanna, VERY GOOD. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We will definitely be back. P.S.: the caprese made by Mrs. Rosanna is simply delicious!!

New and really welcoming structure. What shines through is the love with which Rosanna, the owner, welcomes you, making you feel at home. The breakfast prepared by her is excellent, including hot croissants and delicious homemade cakes. Really super clean and fragrant rooms. Thank you for making us feel at home, we will definitely be back!

Location is very good in the center of Ischia, the room was very clean and well equipped and the host very welcoming. She served a home made breakfast and the day we had to leave she woke up early to prepare the breakfast. I highly recommend this place.
