Mainly aimed for youngsters. Clean and efficient rooms. Limited by the architecture of the old building it is in , they have done a good job converting it to a hotel. Not a fancy one but does the job and a great location.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Genoa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Me and my family arrived late on Friday night, but we still received a warm and quick check-in, which we really appreciated. We stayed for one night and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The free breakfast was also excellent,everything was perfect, nothing to complain about! I highly recommend...

It’s very hard to find rooms for families in Italy. This place was perfect with bunk beds. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Located close to the train station and lots of restaurants.

The room was okay but very small and the staff was very kind, although on our last 2days staying here seeing house centipedes became a regularity. The price was okay for what we got a good point is the breakfast. Location is good as well since you can easily reach the shopping areas and the main train station of the city. What we thought was weird is that there was no way to signal to the house keepers...

Hotel was nothing out of this world, had the basics but was lacking that I’m going to feel rested after I sleep here feel which is what you’d think you’d get with the price tag(100 euro ish). Location was amazing however and breakfast was also nice.

Nice place in this little sea-side city near Genoa Nice place, in center and front of beaches, and easy to go with private parking. To recommend.

The hotel is really nice, you can meet a lot of people right away. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient if you want to pop into Genoa. Recommended – it's comfortable and affordable.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the kitchenware was not only broken but also greasy, indicating a lack of maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are very clean. The advantage is that it's very close to the station.

Very nice building, wonderful common areas, everything in order, except for a problem with the elevator, one of the two is not working, so there is a bit of a wait for the elevator.

It's close to the airport; my flight landed quite late, so it only took about 10 minutes to get there. The environment was okay, though a bit noisy on the first floor. I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to explore the area.

Ideal location and pleasant stay Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway. Very friendly staff. It is worth asking reception to book a taxi if you're going to the airport (approx. €25).

Location is close to port and train station, which was great. But the spaces are a bit tight. It was a short one night stay so it was ok for the short stay.

Lovely central spot in Genova Lovely room with amazing balcony over the Main Street. Helpful staff and good (and value for money) breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Only suggestion is to check out the shower settings as ours periodically went cold.

Not so great hotel We chose this hotel because it had a bath however this was too dirty to use. The room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there so the bins weren't emptied and the towels not changed. Drinks were not replaced though we could get coffee downstairs and there was a water machine but no free bottles. Breakfast was poor, no morning rolls or croissants left by 10am. No spoons to eat...

Unfortunately the room (and the structure) are old, along with the upholstery. After days of travel, they are not the ideal place to relax. The dust in the elevator gears tells of years of neglect. I found the reception staff very kind. Overall, the quality-price ratio is not good.

This means that it’s not possible to arrive at the hotel by car and you must walk a good distance from the nearest parking lot via narrow cobblestone streets in order to get to the hotel. Our first contact with the hotel right before checking in was problematic. While we were lost in our walk toward the hotel pulling our suitcases on the cobblestone area surrounding the hotel, we called the hotel and asked them for help. However the man on the line after hearing us being lost, to our surprise hung up the phone!! We were assisted by passers-by to guide us to the Piazza della vigne. ...

Not the most amazing experience here. The air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and we were met with condensation from the staff. They did fix the AC our second day. They rely on WhatsApp to communicate with you during your stay and expect you to respond quickly. Overall, the room was fine. It was the staff who left us not feeling welcome or wanting to return.

The hotel is clean and quiet as described. The first night the AC was not working properly and our room was quite hot in the middle of summer. The next morning we talked with the staff who were condescending and explained that because the rooms have tall ceilings and because the building is old, the rooms only cool down so much. Loved staying at Le Nuvole, great position, beautiful historic building. The only negative note is the a/c which was very loud and just had to keep it on all night because of the heat wave.

The hotel is very nice. We had a comfortable room, except for the bed, which, rightfully, is a struggle to please everyone. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. ok could be better. The breakfast was the let down , there was more people than tables at breakfast and the items for breakfast was not great and poor presentation. Items were not replaced on a regular basis ie no cold milk meats not refilled etc.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly, great location to the port and the football stadium, rooms and hotel are spotless, breakfast was great, would stop there again. 15min walk to the front and 15 min walk to the football stadium, alot of hill walking so be advised.

Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!

The old man at the check-in kept us waiting for 20 minutes whilst he was putting our details in the computer (that he could easily do without us). The breakfast was alright, a lot of sweet options but from sour only cheese and salami.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.

Something very special, a small castle with wonderful waves all night long. very pleasant for everyone who loves the sound of the sea.

No elevator and no help to take the suitcases upstairs. Staff was grumpy and gossiped about us in Italian to other guests. Very limited breakfast options, slow to refill whatever was empty.

Absolutely amazing, the hotel is literally on the beach, I'd say 25m from the water, lovely place to snorkel, there are a lot of fish species and hundreds of them. Hotel is great, clean and staff are lovely. Lots of things to do around as well if you're into visiting stuff, great connection with buses all around.

The location is excellent, a 3-minute walk from the station. It seems to be a family-run hotel; the service was good, the rooms were newly renovated, spacious, and had an elevator. Breakfast was simple, with a variety of breads and pastries. There are inexpensive and delicious Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.
