Couldn't find the place! Arrived there at 8pm, no front desk, no one answer to the published phone number. Had to find a different arrangement for the night after looking around for this place for a whole hour

Super seedy place, weekend ruined by a room located in the owner's house. Impossible smell luckily none of us are allergic to dust, stained sheets and lint left over from previous guests. During the night there was a thunderstorm and the roller shutter was banging! (seems to be in a horror movie). To conclude, luckily he served us canned brioche and bric of juice, we would not have known how to eat if he had prepared something himself. Conclusion unforgettable experience of the worst kind. I will also make an exhibit on booking!

Two stars for the lack of order and hygiene .. Too bad because if it had been more cared for with the super view that is found from that large terrace I would have put 4/5 stars in value for money.

Fantastic panorama.
All clean with gels and masks available.
Friendly owners, they give a lot of useful information on places to visit, including not very well known places we have visited. A nice surprise

Room location easy to find. Great welcome from our host who also speaks French. He gave us good information on places to visit. Spacious room with view of the terrace and Lake Maggiore. Well equipped bathroom. Good value for money given the rates around the lake. Easy access to the ferry.
