Quiet area, impeccable clean and comfortable rooms, huge bathroom and the most welcoming and caring hosts I've ever seen! Five start service and delicious breakfast! Couldn't ask for more.

Very friendly landlady, good beds, bottles of water in the room, very quiet, extremely clean, delicious breakfast, parking behind the house. The bathroom is very large and is shared by the two rooms (1 double room, 1 twin room). As clean and big as the bathroom is, it does not seem to be a problem. Ideal for families with 4 people.

This is a house where a few of the rooms are rented. The owners are very friendly and live in the same house. There is wireless internet and it is very quiet. The lake is best by car or bike on foot it is too far. The decor is functional - the bathroom is very clean and modern - I would stay there again The location is perfect for exploring Laveno from the ferry to the other side. Parking is free in Laveno Train Station during the week. Low fees on Sundays and public holidays
