Terrible experience. The apartment was dark, hot, noisy, and nothing like the photos. No cleaning, no proper towels, broken coffee maker, useless air conditioning. After leaving an honest review, we were even accused of theft — absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Location was great with many bars and restaurants very close and the room was very safe and set back from the hustle and bustle. For being in a noisy district the room was not too loud on the evening The room itself was very clean and spacious with a great bathroom. Unfortunately the air con did not work, Fan provided did not work and was extremely loud, The bed was very hard with only one pillow per person, Cleaning fee for two nights was €35 (seems steep) Check in was not the most friendly 4 doors/ keys to get back into your room Over all I would have stayed somewhere else with all things considered.

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the canal and a few steps the other way to the metro. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had an excellent stay. The room was a good size and the bathroom was even better!

Very well located, 50m from the canal and 50m from the metro station. Very comfortable space. The attention very good. The owner is very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We had a difference with the price we had contracted and he fixed it for us without any problem. highly recommended

My colleague and I stayed here for 3 days in October 2022 and LOVED it. We were delighted to discover this charming property in Milan on a recent business trip. The location is fantastic for restaurant/bar lovers - countless places within minutes of the property (by the canal) with a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. This is not a standard hotel with reception/bar but honestly, it did not matter. Services remain 'on tap' and communications between guests and the managers were fluid and helpful. My large room had a huge, charming balcony which I loved. Sitting outside with a glass of prosecco and hearing the bells from the church chime as the sun set on Milan was just lovely! If you want a change from the standard chain hotels - stay here!!

This is an apartment more than a hotel - not that that is a problem if you know this area and don't need too much assistance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. It's a terrific location, down amongst the canals which makes a short walk to many options of food, wine and coffee.

Clean and tidy, close to public transport, both to the metro and to the tram. Friendly and charming owner. Inexpensive. Simply amazing. Highly recommend.
