It's a shame it's in such bad condition. The shower never got hot enough. The bedspread looked dirty. Only the location is good.

Hotel is worst hotel of the universe the reception goes away after 6 /8 pm then if your flight is delayed say 2 hours then whole night u r on road the worst service of this world

Conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from the station it is in a drab street and it is a little basic with air con that didn't seem to have a lot of impact and a small shower room/toilet. The linen was clean and the staff were pleasant.

To whom it may concern. I dont usually write reviews as I dont much care for them, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts with you. The property has been remodeled. The room where we stayed was big enough for 4 people. Nice new windows. Clean sheets. A couple of sofas. Good check-in. The main issues with the property. 1) You have to pay to use the AC, this one got me. I thought I was in Europe but apparently I have landed in some strange country where AC is a luxury and is not part of a guest comfort. I am surprised the hotel does not charge extra to use water or toilet paper. The property mentions AC in their advertisement but they dont say AC for a fee. To the reader that does not care for AC or other hidden fees, go for it and stay here, but if you want transparency I say look elsewhere please. There are lots of other properties.

This was the worst stay I've had in two weeks. The location was difficult to find, and even then, it was hard to get in. They strictly adhered to their check-in rules, and I had to pay extra for being late. The place was filthy after I checked in, and everything had a strong odor. I was itchy all over after one night there. I highly recommend not staying here.

Penny pinched at every turn. A very cheap and drabby no frills room. Paid extra for use of AC remote. Only positive was shower pressure. Nothing else positive to say.

AC remote control missing. Mold is everywhere in the shower. Shower gel was not provided and you need to ask the staff for it. You will need to use the calling panel at the main entrance gate to enter the property but there were a couple of times the staff was not there so we waited outside for at least 5 minutes. This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the central station. Stay away.

I work for a multinational company and frequently stay in hotels in Milan, as our corporate offices are located there. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation at this property. Beyond the lack of proper maintenance, I found several hairs on the bathroom floor, and to top it all off, there wasn't even any hand soap. I'll be sure to inform our travel agency about this. The service was certainly not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Frankly, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
