Unfortunately, my stay didn’t happen. The property description stated that the reception is open until midnight, but some reviews mentioned a 24-hour front desk, which was misleading. Despite being only 15 minutes late, I was refused check-in. The response that “the hotel is open 24 hours” made no sense — obviously, guests can leave the building during the night. The full amount was lost even though the room wasn’t used at all. I believe at least the cleaning fee should be refunded. Consider this a warning for guests who may arrive a bit late.

Total Fraud! Avoid! All they care is to take your money and never provide the service you were promised. JUST AVOID. We were left stranded on the streets at 2am midnight and when tried checking in next day were told that our booking was cancelled for no show. The staff and the owners were rude and unprofessional. Would recommend paying a few more bucks and staying someplace else then here

Terrible experience. Dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to customers.

I booked a stay at Hotel San Biagio and made it very clear from the start that I would be arriving around 1 AM due to my flight schedule. Despite this, the hotel accepted my non-refundable booking knowing full well they would not allow me to check in at that time.

After taking my money, they later informed me that I could not check in until 7 AM the next morning. This is not hospitality; this is simply a scam to take payment for services they have no intention of providing.

When I asked them to either refund my money or adjust my reservation dates so I wouldn’t be paying for a night I couldn’t use, they flatly refused. They made no effort to help or offer any reasonable solution.

The information on their Booking.com listing is misleading. It states check-in is until 00:00, but nothing warns potential guests that late arrivals (even when pre-agreed) will simply be refused and ignored. They knowingly misrepresent their services to trick people into bookings they won’t honor.

Dishonest, deceptive, and disgraceful behavior. I would never stay at this place again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it too. There are plenty of other hotels in the area who respect their guests and honor their commitments.

Great and clean, not a lot of amanities( a mini fridge would be nice) but in a great location and quiet. Nice for staying and transiting directly to Central station (10 mins walk or 3-4 mins by bus)

1 night - we were accommodated in a room, a small, narrow, dirty room, hairs on the bedding, dirty furniture, dirty toilets. Horrible bathroom where the toilet was stuck to the wall on one side, you had to sit horizontally on the toilet if you wanted to use it, there was also no bathtub or shower, it was something improvised, and the water went into the room. Of course the heating was not working, the owner of the hotel came (HER BEHAVIOR WAS HORRIBLE - as an excuse every time she doesn't know English well, but she understood perfectly) nervous at us that the heating wasn't working (it was 3 degrees outside), said she couldn't do nothing, the hotel is full, just give us blanket and try to find us another room the next day.

2 night - when we arrived at the accommodation, we were surprised to find out that we HAVE BEEN MOVED to another room, without giving any CONSENT, the staff entered the room, they walked through our things and moved them WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT in another room. I only received a message from them that they did this.
The friend had a perfume, placed in a bag (as required at the airport), and the bag placed in another bag, and they managed to break the bottle without that perfume leaking into the bag, which automatically indicates to us the fact that they WALKED IN BAGS.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were amazed by this and nervous and tried to talk to the reception, only she was barely on duty, she didn't know what happened and asked us to wait for the owner of the hotel to come.
At 23:00-23:15, the owner of the hotel came, very nervous about why we were making a fuss, that she told us that she was looking for another room and that she ENTERED NO CONSENT in the room and they searched our things, squeezed them, and moved the things for us.
I tried to explain the concept of privacy to her, and she said that SHE IS THE OWNER, and we as customers do not have the RIGHT TO PRIVACY!

Climbing the stairs to the new room, we realized why she did this, to accommodate others in that room instead of us (mentioned on day 1), even though the heat was not working and it was blind in every way and to tell them the same STORY.

Also, they won't let you take the room key with you, you have to leave it at the reception. After this experience, I think I could say that this property also walks through other rooms without the CONSENT and KNOWLEDGE of the clients.

I checked out of this hotel this morning after a two night stay and can certainly recommend it. Ok, it's not 5* but it doesn't claim to be. In my experience, the room was clean and comfortable with it's own well functioning bathroom. My interactions with staff were all positive and friendly. It's very close to the nearest metro station and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the central station (or two stops on the metro). Whilst breakfast isn't included, there are options very close by....I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel ,for 3 night,s and something came up and we couldn't go and we gave the hotel plenty of notice about not been able to stay ,but the hotel would not give a refund at all, they had very poor customer service and didn't care that we lost few hundred euro

The hotel is very well located. Literally a few steps from the metro M1 and M2 (which is achieved, in particular, to the Duomo and Central station). In addition, Mcdonald 200 m, where you can drink delicious coffee for 1 Euro, 500 m from the supermarket, where zaopatrzysz everything you need and 500 metres from the pizzeria, where for 5 euros to eat a very tasty pizza.

This is the place to stay. Come in the evening and leaving in the morning ;)
