I spontaneously stayed in Milan for one night and their service all together was amazing. For a little more over 50eur I got a double room on a weekend, my dog stayed for free, great breakfast and even a toothbrush with additional dental paste. This is more than I ever got at any other hotel in Milan and I will definitely consider coming back, if the opportunity arises. Thank you Hotel Lido! Very much a pleasant experience for me!

Very good hotel! Simple, basic room, but perfect for a few days. Nice staff.
The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. The hotel is very good location, the metro station is nearby. 😊 I will be back!

I think it’s the best hotel we stayed in during this vacation in Italy. Room was clean, there were unlimited hot water in the shower, they serve great breakfast - hot omelette and fried sausages, none of other hotels even for a higher price did not match their breakfast. The location is also great, it’s located 300m from Lotto metro station, which allows to reach Duomo Di Milano in 10 minutes, it’s also nice to walk to tourist attractions on foot, because neighbourhoods is safe. I would very likely book this hotel again if were to return to Milan.

I can only recommend NOT to stay there at all. Worst place ever. Dangerous, dirty and not at all like some of the very flattering reviews. Especially not safe for women to stay in this hotel. Not sure if all of the people who reviewed actually stayed there.

The hotel is quite good. The manager Paola was really nice and talkative. We had a great chat upon arrival. Location is ok, it has easy access to subway which is good with a daily ticket. And in the square close to it there are some water fountains which keep you hydrated and is very important under a 34-degree sun. Breakfast was good and not much crowded. Only thing is that they buy stuff from the supermarket and you can taste it. It's good for the price. Shower was a bit not good, the shower head itself was kinda broken. But it worked well enough. The room was very small but bed and pillows were comfy. Again, great for the price.

Customer service is terrible. The Italian man at reception in the evening was very nice and pleasant but the womam we met next morning was extremely arrogant and needs to learn manners. It was normal for her to shout to me via hotel door "what do you want" while speaking to a friend outside hotel then making multiple excuses. I dont want to hear your story of your friend. I came to reception for my own issue and questions! We had an issue with booking and I couldn't even explain it until the end, she became agressive and started accusing me. If you don't want to return money back but AT LEAST be polite to your guests which Ive mentioned too.I have also attached some photos of the room. If you're booking this hotel think twice.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Booked a couple days before check in and managed to get a great rate by booking direct (€43/night). Location is great (5 mins to Lotto station which is connected to both M1 and M5 of the subway). Room is comfortable - great size, bed is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is abundant with continental + warm plate options and an espresso bar. After looking through so many options in Milan, I can say that I got amazing value out of this hotel. Highly recommend.

A decent place to stay very close to Metro-Tram station. Very clean place. Varied breakfast.Thanks to Joe who checked us in and didn't let us starve to death when we arrived late at night. Many thanks to Paola who did her best to help me with an issue with the toll receipt. Definitely go back again!
