I can only recommend NOT to stay there at all. Worst place ever. Dangerous, dirty and not at all like some of the very flattering reviews. Especially not safe for women to stay in this hotel. Not sure if all of the people who reviewed actually stayed there.

Customer service is terrible. The Italian man at reception in the evening was very nice and pleasant but the womam we met next morning was extremely arrogant and needs to learn manners. It was normal for her to shout to me via hotel door "what do you want" while speaking to a friend outside hotel then making multiple excuses. I dont want to hear your story of your friend. I came to reception for my own issue and questions! We had an issue with booking and I couldn't even explain it until the end, she became agressive and started accusing me. If you don't want to return money back but AT LEAST be polite to your guests which Ive mentioned too.I have also attached some photos of the room. If you're booking this hotel think twice.

A decent place to stay very close to Metro-Tram station. Very clean place. Varied breakfast.Thanks to Joe who checked us in and didn't let us starve to death when we arrived late at night. Many thanks to Paola who did her best to help me with an issue with the toll receipt. Definitely go back again!

Perfect location for travel to Milano, Malpensa shuttle stops only 200 meter from the hotel. Metro lines are very close to the hotel and the breakfast was really good but veggies are needed. Kind and punctual staff. Clean room.

This is not a safe hotel. When I came back from the city around 6pm, I found my room door open. Receptionist told me housekeeping left it and was acting like nothing happened and asking me to have a beer with her. Worst service ever, absolutely terrible attitude. I do not feel safe and comfortable here. Beware of this place.

Highly recommended. The front desk is very friendly. If you like the old and classic Italian style, you can consider it. It is very close to the subway and the airport. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but tastes good.

We stayed here for a match at the San Siro. It’s ideally placed - either two metro stops or an easy 15-20 min walk. It’s also really easy to get here from central Milan - literally round the corner from Lotto metro. We dropped our bags early and the receptionist was very friendly, offering us a complimentary coffee. The room was basic but very clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast was included and was really good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It wasn't really clean. Hairdryer doesn't work well. Breakfast was normal Italian one. Staffs were polite but not caring.
