STRAF Hotel&bar in Milan

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

Our return stay at the Straf Hotel was wonderful. We love the hotel’s sleek, modern, minimalist design, and its location truly can’t be beat. Just steps from the breathtaking Duomo and right in the heart of Milan’s vibrant center, it’s the ideal base for exploring the city.
One of our favorite features is the chic bar with outdoor seating — the perfect place to relax with an afternoon cocktail or enjoy a pre-dinner drink while watching the city come to life. It’s a wonderful spot to soak in the energy of Milan.
What truly sets the Straf apart, though, is the outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always welcoming us with warmth and offering thoughtful local recommendations. A special thank you to Lorenza, who quickly located and safely stored an item I had accidentally left behind — a perfect example of the care and attention that makes this hotel so special. We look forward to our next stay.

A perfect stay from start to finish!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — with a beautiful view.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

Fantastic hotel with great location across from Duomo, at the Galleria V, across from shopping mall, at a main metro stop, in walking distance to/ from many key attractions and easily accessible to other parts of the city and suburbs of Milan. The room itself was a nice size, & had a huge window seat. Beds were super comfy, rain shower hot with great water pressure and high quality towels & sheets. Fitness center nice but small. Front desk staff were absolutely wonderful and they recognized my Marriott status and upgraded us nicely. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel and we're looking forward to staying here next time.

Excellent location. Excellent and helpful staff. Beautiful modern design. Expensive given small rooms and basic amenities, but that is probably because of the central location. The staff kindly moved me to a different room because my first room was noisy. I would stay there again. Would give 5 stars if better value or bigger rooms.

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

This hotel is truly top-notch! The property boasts a prime location, and the rooms are not only stunning but also uniquely designed. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. From Anna Russo to Conrrado to Martha, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Their warmth, kindness, and attentiveness made all the difference. This magical experience wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Clean and only two minutes walk to the Cathedral

The location is near the shopping mall. There are many restaurants downstairs and in front of the hotel is the hotel's bar. The rooms are quite small and decorated in a youthful style with exposed concrete.
