EDIT: Thank you to the staff for replying to my review. As a couple of points of clarification: 1) Not that it should have anything to do with my review nor information that needed to be made public, but I am not an employee of Marriott. I am the VP of Design and Construction for a Marriott franchisee. As such, I most definitely understand that the condition of my room did not get that way overnight, and therefore was surprised that a room in that condition would even be in service and allowed to be rented to guests; 2) I do not recall hearing any mention of "wish you had told us earlier", but regardless, there could/should have been a better response and solution to this issue once it was brought to your attention.

The staff, the treatment we receive, the gorgeous rooms… and the best of everything!!! I should be better in reviews but today thank you to Clarissa (happy birthday ) and the whole staff for being amazing at your job!!
