White Ribbon in Milan

I had terrible experience here. This apartment hotel has no hospitality to its guests. Here’s what happened to me -

When I arrived at 5:40 pm, I ring the reception bell, but there’s no one answered. I tried to call the only two numbers I could find from Bookings.com page. No one picked up. When I managed to enter the building, I found the reception room, but the door was locked and no one was in there. Me and my family had to waited at the building anxiously, thinking what we should to do for the night. When the time came to 6:05 pm, one of the phone number finally went to the guy who works the night shift and traveled 15 mins to the office to check us in.

After finally checked in, I needed to use the bathroom badly, and to my surprise, there’s no toilet paper in the room! I messaged them about getting toilet paper, and didn’t get an answer till next day in the late afternoon. What’s worse was they didn’t even acknowledge there was no toilet paper at all and thought I was asking for extras! The management office offered no help at all and didn’t seem to care either!

The room wasn’t nice either. There’re problems with the shower head and the hot water runs short after one person’s shower. The bed was terribly uncomfortable with part of the mattress broken.

I love Milan, and I understand I was not paying for a luxury hotel, but this experience was the worst in my entire trip.

Wrong address. Difficult to find it. Too noise and bed is single bed too small to fit. No clean each days. Roomtoo dirty
