The hostel is clean. They have 24 hours reception, and a bar in the hostel.

Though I only stayed to sleep and left, so I didn't form much of an impression, it's a pretty good accommodation with a suitable location and facilities for its price point.

We were assigned a room on what they called the first floor, but it was effectively a ground-level room, almost like a basement. It was incredibly dark as there was a solid, blank wall right outside the window, which made the room feel very gloomy. The shower only had a fixed overhead rain shower, making it impossible to adjust the height. This meant getting your entire head wet every time, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, the bidet was out of order and taped over. This meant any attempt at partial hygiene required using the main shower and getting completely drenched. It was truly awful. A complete disappointment.

It's a decent place, nothing spectacular, but it's fine for the price. The location is convenient, but I was probably let down by the rooms, which weren't in the best condition.

a bit far from main station considering dragging luggage 🧳 hair dryer in bathroom and social vibe. close to supermarket and there's a bar for food and drinks as well

The location was pretty good although quite far from any stations. It was a bit smelly and not so clean if I have to be honest. Some staff were more helpful than others, I must say.

Friendly people except the reception lady with long hair she been so rude. You will have much fun all time music and party's, the rooms are bad isolated you hear the people from the next room talking in your room, even the sound of rain is so hard ,that we start wondering it's not raining inside

All of the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, great vibes and great location, had a great time here.

Nice hostel for this money. The location is good, not so far from Duomo but far from the railway. However you can take a M3 subway 🚇 The hostel provides free breakfast and the stuff is friendly!

Shower is not working good and not private enough. Beds are metallic and make a noice.
