Good Spot relatively close to train station. The stairs down to the elevator are annoying. There is also a moldy smell in the lobby. The check-in process is online. So make sure you get an email, portal message, or whatsapp message before you arrive. The rooms themselves are big and nice. The beds were in the harder side and the AC could stand to be a bit cooler. Overall a good place.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
I booked this hotel last minute for the Monza F1 race and paid over USD 500 per night, only to endure a disaster of a stay. There was no reception, just a WhatsApp chat. After a 15+ hour flight, I arrived around 8 pm to discover no electricity in my room.
Despite sending videos and photos proving the issue, the staff accused me of not knowing how to turn on the lights. I had to make a 20+ min video call to show that I am doing things correctly but the lights weren’t tuning on. I was stranded in a pitch-black room/lobby for more than three hours until 11:30 pm, when the owner finally arrived, admitted it was their faulty circuit, fixed it in minutes, and promised a refund.
Days later, she has stopped responding entirely; no refund, no follow-through, and apparently never even contacted Booking.com as she claimed.

I paid 400 euro for a night and ended up in a room without electricity. Going back and forwards to get things solved. It took me 3,5 hours to get somebody to come over and fix it. Horrible experience.

Stayed 3 nights at a 2 bed studio on the 4th floor. Our family of 3 love the place. Lots of room for the large luggage. Modern remodel room and bathroom. Rainfall shower. Very clean. Fridge and kitchen to cook. Close to central terminal that only takes less than 10 minutes taxi. Host was working on site and respond quickly. Definitely will book if I'm in milan again. Thank you

Clean, new, has an AC and they’re not cheap in the rooms, tea coffe snacks and VERY nice view.
I rented an airbnb in Milan and it was horrible so I called them and they were very nice and helpful, the girl I was talking to name is Carlo, knows English very good, however most of the hotel around the city asked me to email them so they can help me in English.
I told her my problem and she was very helpful and helped me till the end and she was replying very fast with each step.
So I encourage everyone to try it ! And I wanna ask whoever are in charge pf resonsabotily to really take care of Carlo ! She saved us from a horrible place we rented before coming to the hotel.

Superb find - Very happy
We loved this hotel, only 20 minutes walk or 2 stops on metro from milano centrale station and you get a superb apartment with very modern features. We only booked the standard room but it was still excellent, relatively spacious and with an outstanding bathroom. Staff were great.

I did not think checkin can be completed by phone. My arrival hours are non-office hours and need to contact the staff by phone to check in. The staff opens the hotel door and hotel room door remotely.
The hotel room was really nice 👍 with a large jacuzzi next to the bed. Kitchenette and wet and dry divided bathroom available. Watch Netflix YouTube Disney+ on your TV
