Melia Milano Hotel in Milan

I have been staying at the Meliá Milano for several years for regular business trips. I have found it to be a welcoming and functional property. The “The Level” Lounge is a real plus.

The staff at all levels are always very professional, helpful, and kind, even during peak periods with a high number of guests.

The hotel often hosts conferences or large gatherings, given its extensive range of meeting rooms, but the spaces are generous and there is no sense of disturbance from the coexistence of guests and hotel activities.

The restaurant is an excellent option. The bar also offers dishes suitable for a quicker meal if needed.

The rooms are very spacious and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is functional.

Overall, everything is generally always in order, thanks to careful and continuous maintenance.

One little minus? Limited parking options oblige to refer to the nearby parking structure, very expensive and not very comfortable. In any case, the subway is the right choice to move around in Milano, this is very convenient from the hotel.

The room was nice and well kept, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Right around the corner there was a metro station, so it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go while exploring Milan.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I am always well taken care of and made to feel truly welcome. The staff is attentive and kind, and the waitress in particular was very sweet and friendly. A place where you really feel pampered. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, located closely to metro enabling access to city centre within minutes. Within walking distance of the San Siro which was one of the main reasons for our booking. We were given upgraded rooms on our arrival which was appreciated. We had 2 rooms, interconnecting which is really helpful for families. Staff were all very friendly. Milan is a beautiful city and the hotel really enhanced the trip.

Very nice hotel the room was clean and renovated. The hotel is very closed to the metro. The only problem that we had was the heater it was very hot (personal feeling)

It's not too far from Milan's city center, but it's a bit off the ZTL, making it convenient for a car trip.

The metro is right next door, making it convenient to use.

As it's an older building, the facilities are a bit dated, but the newly renovated rooms are decent. However, there's a slight smell in the hallways.

There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and you can park for €2 per hour with a hotel-issued voucher.

The breakfast was also adequate and good.

I am very grateful to the whole team for their kindness and excellent service. At reception we were warmly welcomed, and Valeria was especially polite and helpful. In the room we found a lovely surprise from the Guest Experience team for our anniversary,such a thoughtful detail!

The room was spotless during our entire stay, housekeeping was perfect, and all amenities were always refilled. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and very fresh fruit.

The location is good, just two minutes from the metro with direct access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel itself looks recently renovated, with a beautiful and spacious lobby.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
