Hotel Midtown in Milan

If you want to stay at a hotel with a worse ‘vibe’ look no further. The staff were unfriendly, almost to the point of rude, didn’t even let our friend pop in for a shower and clearly treated boys/girls differently.

Also fairly certain that the night shift worker was sniffing something through the night. Not ideal if this place is considered an option for families.

The toilette was the worst. We needed a stay only for the night because of transfer and this one was the cheapest, now I know why :)

I see why this place is called Hotel Diablo. It is not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it's definitely in the top 10. The shared bathroom continuously smells like urine, has no soap and hardly ever had toilet paper. The "3 person" room my friends and I got was a one person room with a single and double bed shoved into it. There's no space between the beds and the walls or between the beds. You walk in and that's it. There is a sink and a shower in the closet size room as well so be prepared to become very personal with each other very quick because the shower is also missing the door.... also the ad for the place lied and said there was a kitchen.... There is no kitchen. Just a reception area and a hallway with doors leading off of it into each room. And it wouldn't be a complete disappointment if it had been cheaper, but we paid about $150 to stay in this place for 3 nights... We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the exact same price... Also, there are signs EVERYWHERE in the "hotel" that say no smoking anywhere near the building, and people are smoking EVERYWHERE in and around it... my clothes actually smell like smoke and I've never smoked a day in my life....

The only pros are that the staff were nice and inviting and we got towels... and the room was fairly clean though it really needs some repairs and lots if paint. It's honestly a depressing looking room...

The only good thing I could mention about the hotel is free wi-fi, a nice location and the price. For 70 eur (two nights) we got room so small, that there's only 1 m² empty space to walk, everything else were 4 beds. Well, it had the bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. There was dust under beds and wardrobe.

Not that recommended, if you need internet not recommended for sure. Expect little problems at every need
