Igiban Hotel in Milan

It was so bad , first , the smell has disgusting smell , everywhere , it’s awful , and the hotel and the room were very dirty, u can tell they clean it once in a decade. The bathroom was HORRIBLE , it’s like it has never been washed in centuries and it smells so horrible , i’ve been forced to buy a perfume to survive i get why it costs 80 euros even if it worth 5 euros a night. It’s a miracle i’m still alive. Anyway , avoid this at all costs

Unfortunately it was not very clean.
The fridge was also dirty.
The Chinese assistant was helpful when we asked them for a water kettle. In the room we didn't find any coffee no sugar and water cattle.

Well I've never had a bad experience with hotels untill now, we stayed a total of 15mins after checking in...then left to find another hotel.. The room was disgusting, large cobwebs on the walls wouldn't like to see the size of the spider that made them, the walls were filthy like food on them, one wall looked damp and was going black, wall paper ripped and hanging off, the bathroom/ shower is something out of the 70s. The beds do t look like proper beds just knocked up wood boxes with a mattress on, Fair to say its the fastest check in / check out I've ever done. Now I know this isn't a 5 star hotel but come on have abit of pride in your business.. keep it clean!!! When I complained and said I was leaving they just said OK so I'm guessing this happens alot.

Worst hotel...no proper management...nobody talks english except the receptionist..the manager only talks in Chinese n she is very rude n doesn't entertain the customers... The breakfast is also that good...the heating in the room is not proper...towels stink all the time..

Not the best place when on business trip, the breakfast is asian style mainly, so if you do not enjoy porridge, noodles, fried egg in the morning you will find only croissant and jam, besides the juice and coffee machine was not even running.
The second thing was the cleaning ladies, you can set from the room the digital notification that shows in the panel outside the door if you want cleaning/do not disturb, etc. However with all that I still had the answer the door not once but twice because they still knock on the door.
Dont think will come back again.

Its a place for street crack hokers
Don't even think of booking here .
We laft this place after 1 minutes
ANY other places will be better
