Owner only speaks Chinese
Breakfast was included according tot booking website but not according to staff who wanted extra money.
There where people having super loud sex at 00:30 next door and staff didn't do anything about it.

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was excellent! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the excellent soundproofing. The price was reasonable and it was great value for money!

It’s an Oaky place, rooms are pretty equipped but a bit old. Also if you’re a sensitive person to noise and having trouble falling asleep, it’s not recommended because you can hear cars passing by in the street. It’s not a best regarding the location and reaching there since from Duomo Di Milano, there only one tram line to reach there. But it has a 24 hour front desk which is ideal for people reaching there late at night.

The hotel was beautiful, the area was rather safe. The beds and rooms were very clean and the service was spectacular. Vicenzo was very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel. It also has a very reasonably priced buffet at five euros per person. Serve delicious and fresh food.

The hotel is old, the air conditioner has not been serviced for a long time. The area is a bit unsafe, but if you just want to spend the night, it will do. The bed linen is clean.
