The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited. Due to the Winter Olympics, the hotel price was quite high.

The hotel is quite basic and feels more like a business or transit hotel rather than a place for tourists. The location is far from the main attractions of Milan, which makes moving around inconvenient, especially without a car.

Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing special. The amenities and overall comfort were very limited for the price. The service was disappointing — I sent an email two days before arrival to ask about shuttle service and never received any reply.

It may be suitable for short business stays near the fair area, but for couples or tourists who want to enjoy Milan, I would not recommend this hotel.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly; she checked me in super fast and even recommended some less-known local spots, helping me avoid the crowds. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade. Plus, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is so practical with its washer-dryer combo, perfect for keeping clothes clean even on a multi-day business trip.

No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc.) to pay the city tax! Who do they think they are asking for my card details, just to make it easier for them to charge customers who sneak snacks and drinks? Who even wants their stuff anyway? It's also very far from the bus stop, and there's a long, dark, deserted road leading up to it. Seriously, don't book this place unless you absolutely have to for an exhibition.

The hotel is decent; the room is spacious and well-equipped, though not as luxurious as depicted in the photos. The downside is its distance from the city center, requiring a 50-minute bus ride followed by a 10-minute walk. Guests with a lot of luggage should take this into consideration. Additionally, the packaged drinks on the nightstand are chargeable, and there was no prior notification, which feels a bit misleading.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff friendly and some of them very helpful. Good breakfast with a good range of breakfast options.
Only issue was location. Hotel is too far from the centre and it's very difficult to get to the city centre. It takes approximately 45 minutes to get to centre once get to the underground.There is a metro stop a 10 + minute drive from hotel but impossible to walk to the metro. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the metro three times in the morning, the last one at 9.30 am but there is no shuttle back any time in the evening.
This makes getting to and from hotel to underground very difficult

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.

My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes).
Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time
