Room looked same as photos. Unfortunately we heard other rooms’ voices clearly. In the room there was not safe-deposit box or mini bar so it was impossible to keep water cold…

I can’t say that customer service was good at all. Most of the employee had poor English skills. Information and kindness was not good.

There were also some weird rules that are not told straight when you check-in. For example you can’t open to windows at all and your only hotel key has to give reception always when you go out.

Breakfast was okey. Metro and train station was pretty near but the area was little bit unclean. In my opinion price was too expensive for quality and service.

Great location a tad out of the center, near metro station which is what we wanted (10 minutes directly to the dome). Breakfast was good. Parking was very limited but I was able to get a parking for a part of our stay. Parking near by was no issue either. American Dinner near by and other restaurants. If your spending just a few days in Milan and don't want to be in the middle of a zero parking town and don't minding taking the metro very easy to use and not expensive this place is for you. We didn't want to spend our budget on overnight accommodations so this hotel met the requirements.

Very unpleasant staff and untasty breakfast (only old ham and bread), very cold rooms without bedding set (only a sheet) and old, no renovated batroom. I don’t reccomend a place.

We were fooled from the reception pictures,unfortunately it doesn't worth the £157 we paid.
Hidden extra prices for parking that won't show up on the main information while you booking room.
Very dated furniture and bed covers.
Matress is awful with old fashioned springs. Waste of money. WiFi was coming and going. Very disappointing

Far from city but close to metro and train station, you will not find many restaurants near to hotel, breakfast is good but not best, my room was small with having a good size balcony. The main problem I faced is of Air conditioner, I think in afternoon time they shut down the ac power. Don’t know exactly, as per their receptionist ac is fully functional.

Great cordiality and hospitality. The owner is really very kind. Hotel that reflects its 3 stars. Breakfast was very good. Clean rooms. I was there with friends. Close to the subway, 10 minutes and you are in the centre.
