The receptionist is very welcoming! I tried to ask how to go to the airport, and he gave very detailed instructions and helped me a lot.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Amenities included bar soap and a plastic cup. Breakfast was delicious, especially with the pistachio and chocolate croissants! The coffee was also excellent. 🫶🏻 The pistachio croissants are incredibly popular and go fast, so make sure to grab them early! It's not right next to the major tourist attractions, but it was still a great hotel. You're asked to leave your room key at the front desk when you go out. 🗝️ Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🥹

Compared to hotels in the same price bracket in Rome and Florence, this place fell short in every aspect: cleanliness, location, service, and amenities. It would be particularly disappointing for anyone who prioritizes cleanliness. Issues such as a smelly shower curtain, stained bedspread, sagging mattress, and no refrigerator were enough to ensure I would never consider returning.

This hotel is housed in an old building. The furnishings and facilities are quite basic, and our triple room was a mezzanine. The bedding felt a bit damp, and the shower stall was tiny. On the plus side, its central location is very convenient for exploring the city, and the price is quite affordable.

Small but perfectly formed! Given its central location, the room offers excellent value for money with its current setup. The elevator is tiny, and the room, bathroom, toilet area, and even the closet are all quite compact. However, every inch of space is incredibly well-utilized, all appliances and furniture are in good working order, and it's clear the host put a lot of thought into the room's layout and amenities. There's only a single lane in front of the entrance, so stopping briefly would block traffic. We had to be very quick when getting in and out of the car! The key itself is plain, but the keychain has a notably heavy and substantial feel to it!
