The location is excellent, near metro and shopping street, and you can walk to city center too.

The room is warm, clean and tidy. Towels are new and fluffy. The bed is good.

Very good breakfast included and the stuff is gentle and accommodating.

Great location though the room is small but got everything I need.

We had a wonderful stay at the Napoleon Hotel in Milan. The hotel was clean, the room was small but comfortable, and the service was outstanding. We were at the end of a long Euro trip and completely exhausted from planning, but Rosa truly saved the day. She provided maps, sightseeing ideas, helped us find extra luggage, and even assisted with shipping a box back to the U.S. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional—we even witnessed another guest send her flowers! Sometimes it’s the people who make all the difference. Thank you, Rosa, for making our stay so memorable.

Our party stayed here in August of 2025. The location is convenient to the metro. The hotel and rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family.

🌟 Good Service, Decent Stay – But Be Cautious in the Room
We stayed at Hotel Napoleon for a couple of nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was friendly and professional, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfasts were decent as well — a good variety and quality to start the day.
However, the room we stayed in, although listed as 20 m², felt noticeably smaller — more like 15 m² in actual use. The space was quite tight, which made moving around a bit uncomfortable.
The most concerning issue was the design of the furniture in the room. Several elements, especially the bedside tables, had sharp metal edges at leg height. These corners are very easy to bump into, and honestly, they pose a safety hazard. I would strongly recommend that the hotel look into making these areas safer, especially for guests who may move around at night.
Despite this, the hotel has potential and a convenient location — just a bit more attention to room safety and layout would greatly improve the overall experience.

Great hotel. Great location. Close to metro, supermarket opposite 3 steps away, bars and cafes, but very quiet. Great staff and very good breakfast. We will definitely choose it again when we are in Milan.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station.

Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay.

Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. Looking forward to seeing you again our friend.
