Highly recommended. Stayed here during the Olympics and it was fantastic. Was a little nervous about the lack of staff etc but everything went so smooth and it felt like there was a pretty constant presence if not at the front desk (there was) then the cleaning staff who were very helpful. The self serve essentials closet was well stocked at all times and the breakfast option is actually a lovely cafe at street level which was delicious. Location is incredible with everything you would want to see and do a short walk and the train a few minutes away. Would definitely stay again and Numa is now on my radar for future stays in other cities. Thank you!

Great location and comfort, but serious noise issues
The hotel has several strong advantages. First of all, the location is excellent: very convenient for getting around. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which makes the stay pleasant. The kitchen area is well equipped and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process through the app is incredibly easy and smooth.
However, there are also significant downsides. The soundproofing is terrible! We could hear every single step from the neighbors, which seriously affected our rest. Additionally, there were problems with hot water, and the shower does not have a handheld shower head, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel has great potential, but the noise insulation and bathroom setup really need improvement.

We enjoyed our stay at Numa. The room was very large and clean. It was a little noisy at times. Very friendly staff. This hotel is around the corner from a great shopping and dining area. We recommend staying here.

Location is great but everything else is bad. Wouldn't stay there again. It's a ghost hotel with no staff at all. If you have issues during your stay, which you will since everything is digital. Good luck solving them. The room is okay but the facilities are outdated and the drains are clocked. That should not happen in a 4 star Hotel at this price! Aaa yes, also the room is noisy, at least they give you earplugs.

Great location. Nice room and decor! Great locker system for luggage storage.
BUT the bathrooms were unacceptable. Minimal drainage of the water which resulted in a flood of the shower and sink… You could not enjoy a shower or use the bidet.

The location is great but if anything goes wrong during your stay, the hotel is understaffed and problem won’t be solved.
The decor is spruced up but it hides the old bones of the building and the redecoration was done on the cheap, it seems. The faucet was leaking all over the place, the water was dripping from the shower to the floor.
The hairdryer was broken. I contacted the support through the app but turned out, the housekeeping team wasn’t in the building yet. I had to air dry my hair and go to the office (it’s a business trip) with really bad hair. Plus it was cold outside and my hair was still slightly damp.
At 8:20, there was nobody at the reception despite the sign that says that it should be staffed from 8 am.
So, if you stay at this hotel, you will be right in the middle of the best area, however, you are taking your chances with the comfort of your stay.

Nice place, nice beds and pillows, and our room was HUGE! The area is super convenient and close to all city centre main places to visit in Milan.
Reception stuff was amazing (yes! there is some sort of reception, and they are very friendly and helpful, even though the whole process with the hotel is managed digitally).
However, the staff of the breakfast area is not even remotely as kind as people in the reception. We found a very rude waiter that was angry because we did not want to accept food that was mistakenly brought to our table, and required additional payment (we paid for breakfast).
Breakfast options are limited to 3 and it is "a la carte".

Room was amazing, bathroom was modern and huge. Room was spacious and lots of make amenities. Staff was great and breakfast was perfect.

Rooms are clean, big and well kept, the only set back is the lavatory and bidet doesn’t drain, and it took us an hour before we got in the room, 1 hour was wasted and we traveled far. We booked the room 3 months ago, the staff said their supervisor is still verifying payment details even though the property was communicating with me and I sent passport informations thru the app, for which I thought check in will be smooth. To help them find the payment details , I sent them right on the spot the receipt and credit card statement, yet it took us forever checking in.
