This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a much better experience than I expected. It's really close to the train station. This time, it was just me and another gentleman, so it was quite quiet at night, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, I thought it was excellent value for money.

Close to the central train station with all sorts of amenities. It's very lively at night with bars and what seemed like stand-up comedy shows, making it really convenient for getting around. A young lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided us with excellent service.

The hotel was really nice with providing a welcome drink for you when you arrive and the staff at the counter during checkin was pretty friendly and helpful. The kitchen is always packed with ingredients and food which you could take it for free. However here a little back side was that when we checked out a guy who helped us checked out said that if we would like to store our luggage, it would be 5 euro whole day. However, the other lady allowed us to store our baggage for free. So i think it is important to set the policies right to keep customers informed.

Lovely hostel, love the vibes and hospitality from the team, and best part is they have activities planned every night! Tho I did not join because I was too tired but it's pretty cool! There are even nights where they serve free dinner too!
Room was really spacious as compared to other hostels/backpackers that I've stayed at. They provide fresh clean pillow case, bed sheet and blankets for newly checked in guests which I appreciate a lot. The shower holder however was broken and wouldn't stay up. Had to hold the shower throughout.
Breakfast spread was great and the kitchen even has everything you need like pasta, rice, couscous and fresh produce to cook a meal. That's really a big star for me because it's hard to buy and finish a bag of pasta plus a jar of sauce myself! The kettle however is a little disgusting with lots of white slightly slimy sendiments inside.
Overall, pretty good with 24 hour reception. There's a coworking space too at the basement but that toilet really stinks. Would recommend to those who are looking for budget friendly options.

Very clean, a perfect trip, and I'll definitely come back again. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was spotless and well-equipped. It's also very conveniently located right next to the train station.

Ostello Bello Grande is an outstanding travel accommodation. The facilities are exceptionally clean, and the complimentary amenities are on another level compared to other hostels. The social activities are excellent and make it very easy to meet people and enjoy the stay. Highly recommended.

Luggage storage is free before check-in. After check-out, it costs 5 euros per bag. The soundproofing in the room's bathroom isn't great; you can hear everything happening in there clearly. However, its location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the central station.

Oh, this hostel is by far the best I've stayed in! 😋 It's spacious and clean, and you don't have to pay extra for the shower. No need for a key card or password either (key cards always glitch out in Berlin for me). Each bunk has its own power outlet and a USB port, plus a small desk. The bedside shelf is a brilliant idea that should be implemented everywhere! There's even a small, adjustable reading light by the bed, and plenty of hangers (though I didn't use them).

The location is very convenient in case you need to catch an early train or arrive very late at Centrale. The neighborhood as such is not particularly beautiful as it was pretty loud both in the evening, at night and in the early morning hours (music, loud cars, alarms, etc.). Staff was friendly though.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
