Hotel Nettuno in Milan

Baddest hotel ever in my life. As travel agent i don’t recommend at all. Even bedbugs there. Very bad experience . Not clean and very old. Too much expensive for what offer. Deserve 0 stars not 1 star

This place is a dump. It’s an old converted youth hostel, and they made absolutely no upgrades when deciding to change it to a “hotel”the paint is peeling, the door won’t shut, the blinds don’t close, and the air unit puts out heat on the air setting.it is a dump!

Hotel reminds me from the 90s,no elevator,old bed, every time you moved the metal frame created a noise,wooden walls, you can hear the alarm from the next room,wooden floors you can hear all the footsteps ,there are two peices of mattresses separated to each other, limited to 2 pillows, towels to be changed after 3days , no star rated for this hotel, overpriced for $150, no bfast, I recommend the hotel regio in Rome, it’s cheaper than Hotel Nettuno but you gonna experience the real hotel vibes, free full continental bfast, clean,it’s a real hotel

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel, as the information provided on the Agoda app stated that an elevator was available(we have a screenshot photo), but turned out there is no elevator!

As a result, both I and my family, including my parents who are over 60 years old, had to carry large, heavy luggage up to our room ourselves.

so basically they are lying that they have elevator !

Additionally, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and very old. 👎

We have asked the hotel to be responsible for this hotel's mistake but they don't take any responsibilities. 👎👎👎

Very tiny room, tiny bathroom, need renovation, very hard bedding, flat pillows, this hotel really needs some attention , no elevator.

I was rather disappointed. A basic hotel and clean but dark corridors to get to your room even during the day. Timer lights when you can find the switches. The radiators were not working and heating came from the air conditioning which was very noisy at times, ranging from a hum to a piercing sound. I was also worried on my first night as there was a banging on the door all night. I discovered that this was the draft banging the door against the frame.Subsequent nights I barricaded the door shut with my suitcase. No breakfast, this had to be taken elsewhere and self organised but fortunately there are several places around. Also a good shopping street, via Buenos Aires is on the parallel road and Metro Station Lima is 5 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I only wish I had done more research. There are better rated hotels for the same price or cheaper in the same area.
