Pleasant stay, helpful staff, shame that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not 4 stars. We reported it immediately upon our arrival in the room, the staff did everything possible to overcome the inconvenience, arranging for further cleaning. I'm sorry to make this note, I realize that some misunderstandings can happen to those who work intensely for a whole season.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The staff were very welcoming, and the good thing was that there was a large balcony.

The hotel is clean and full of light due to big windows and modern design furniture. The rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds. Just by the beach and centrally located without disturbing rumours in the night. Perfect for families on long and short stays.

Resting with the family for a week. Lovely hotel staff. The food is excellent, a lot of fish dishes. There are no night clubs nearby, whose visitors spoil the silence. Beautiful old town. The city has a good bicycle infrastructure and the hotel offers bicycles for free. I recommend it to everyone!

We were passing through and stayed only one night at this hotel. We were greeted kindly by the porter who showed us where to leave the car while waiting for a free parking space right in front of the building. The hotel is very well-kept, the room with a spacious bathroom is a little dated but everything is very clean.

This hotel is in desperate need of some refreshing. While the beds and shower were clean everything is so old and dingy that it feels gross. However the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I could see they were fielding many issues and responding as quickly and professionally as they could. They are the bright spot in this hotel.

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Macerata old town. Stayed there over Christmas to visit relatives in the area, and the holiday staff were pleasant and attentive. Limited dining in the hotel but many restaurants within a few minutes walk and free car parking. Will stay there again.

A three-star hotel is probably a far-fetched opinion. Compared to other hotels, three stars in Fortuna are a big stretch. You definitely have to thank and praise the nice service and the tasty breakfast (sweet and savory) but without hot dishes. On the other hand, the minuses that influenced my rating are cracked walls, holes in the walls, dirty doors and windows, visible mold behind the shower door...

Stayed here one night after arriving on Ferry from Greece in order to catch train next day. It was basically OK for the money but don’t expect much. The door to the room seemed like it was hollow-core and could have easily been breached. Breakfast buffet was very basic but acceptable. Staff was friendly enough. And room/bathroom were clean.

This was our second trip to Ascoli Piceno and staying the Hotel Palazzo dei Mercanti. We enjoyed our stay as much as we did our first trip. The location is great, the people working at the property were terrific and the rooms excellent. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends who have also used it with great satisfaction.

Hotel Enzo Porto Recanati has a quite good service, nice, but not excellent, the location , in porto recanati is near the centre and you can reach every point in the city in few minutes.

The hotel is placed on a hill with a beautiful view. Didn’t like the smell in the room. The furniture is very very old and smells badly. They should have change it, given the fact that the prices are not very low. The lobby looks nice, like any old hotel in Europe, and the breakfast is ok.

The palazzo itself is charming, but unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, and the bedding had a tear. Ideal position tucked in a quiet street just behind Piazza del Popolo. We received a warm welcome along with our dog. This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk.
