Rooms have very thin walls so you can hear everyone in other rooms and they can hear you. Breakfast very big variation, and good location 2 meters away from beach with a few good restaurants around. I would deduct half a star only because the shower was on the small size but that's it. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. The location and the price is great. The price was convenient for the standard of the room. The curtains do not screen the sun in the early morning so bring a mask! The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

Dated hotel, however they are building a new wing, the rooms of the old one, at least mine was rather run down and without due maintenance. We stayed at the Casadei Hotel for only two days (unfortunately). We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent, with generous portions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple and clean. The beach was literally steps away. We'll definitely be back.
