I stayed in this hotel for a few days this summer alone to relax. Close enough to the train station and practically a stone's throw from the beach. Short stay by the sea, with family, the staff is friendly. Even though we see traces of renovation, some things should be changed like the bathrooms which are small, the rooms are not soundproofed, we could hear conversations from the next room. Very welcoming hotel with seafront rooms. The rooms are well soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and a minibar in the room with complimentary drinks. The rooms are clean and there's street parking. This is my second time back. I really enjoyed the reception staff and the owner. The restaurant staff were very professional and sometimes even spoiled me. The dinners I had were worth the money. We stayed for four nights for a family wedding event . Lovely staff , and very good rooms with air conditioning . Comfortable beds , very clean and good value . A short drive to the beach . They have a nice pool and a bbq area you can use . May well be back for a family holiday !

We felt welcomed, embraced and pampered. Excellent breakfast, amazing location, a few steps from the sea but quiet. And the only evening of chaos in the room opposite, we had a COUNTERFEST with a lot of guitar, songs and prosecco! Like old friends, beautiful! There is everything one seeks to think of this place with infinite nostalgia. I hope to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My partner and I stayed a week in early August in the b & b. Very nice and quiet place with some common areas but always quiet. Always kind and helpful owners and many services offered. The sea is really 700mt away. Included in the price was the breakfast in the garden made daily at home by Cristina. Recommended!

Excellent strategic position. Immediately close to the sea and areas of interest, but immersed in the quiet of nature. Very nice rooms with all the essentials, very clean. Excellent barbecue available to guests in the garden. The staff were very kind. The breakfast offers exquisite cakes made by the owner in a charming space. But it could be improved a lot by making a small buffet.

Separated from the Canguro, it's honestly not that great... I thought I'd at least find the bar and solarium as advertised, but instead there are only rooms. It's all about the Canguro hotel.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The structure inside is not bad, but the outside is in an evident state of neglect. Swimming pool closed with a ruined tarp is surrounded by weeds. Same thing for the square in front. To have meals and breakfast you have to move to another structure a few meters away. For the beach they have an agreement with a lido that provides deckchairs for the guests of the structure...

The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a gem of a find.

Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around...

A rare find, in the middle of the forest, with a breathtaking view of the sea, a quality hotel with a restaurant that is really worth it! The staff is very helpful, the owners attentive and very professional. Small dogs are welcome. The rooms with large terrace are impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is beautifull, and the place around it is amazing. I dont mind oldschool furniture, but holes in the wall and missing molding is a little too much. Didnt also like that they charge coperto of 5€ for dinner to the hotel guests. Also the staff could put on a smile once in a while.

Very expensive rates (€180) for a 2 nights, mid-week stay at this shabby and in need of.much renovation front sea hotel in Pesaro. Didn't feel like a 4 stars hotel at all. Breakfast room was tacky and unmanned and all food was coming straight from industrial packages and only covered in paper napkins. Was even charged €11 for 2 cups of coffee coming from a self-service vending machine. Totally unrecommended...

Our group of 14 stayed here 4 nights. We loved the location between the two large squares. There were many lovely outdoor restaurants nearby. Walking was very easy but there is also a small tourist train with headsets for touring the town. We did laundry one day - very close to the hotel. I was happy to return to Albergo Sant Emidio. The staff and service were excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast plentiful. I was greeted at the train station by a very nice gentleman who was sent by the hotel to pick us up. That was very helpful, as I am not too familiar with the area. I look forward to returning to Ascoli Piceno in the future, and staying at Albergo Sant Emidio again.

This is a great place to stop if driving to Venice from Southern Italy. The staff was very friendly. It’s an olive oil farm and they wanted to show us the working mill but it was Sunday and closed. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant is the highlight of the place. Bith dinner and breakfast were excellent. The pool was convenient but could have been cleaner. While the place has air conditioing, our was not working and we had to go buy a fan to ensure a good night sleep. While there is a pool, there is limited activities here. I would have expected a tour of the farm offered or a tasting of their products.

I stayed 2 nights. Super location, inside the village of Loreto, you can get anywhere in a short time. Very nice owners. Triple room, even though we were a couple. Fairly clean room, the bathroom leaves something to be desired but it is still a 2-star hotel. I recommend it above all for the strategic position in which it is located.

Perfect location for the beach and city centre, easy walk to both locations. Parking was available for 3 of the 4 nights, the last night we had to find our own so the parking is not gauranteed. Overall it was a great stay and would definately recommend.

A good family-run B&B, excellent breakfast, both the fresh croissants from the bakery and the lady's cakes. The only flaw are the mosquitoes, we had a nice little terrace but we couldn't sit down for a moment because they would come swarming and make me feel like a bagpipe.
