Spotless clean,nice residence In a very reserved small town Cattolica. Located at the port and not directly at the beach.

Comfortable and clean residence, friendly staff. The only serious flaw is the car park which, despite being mentioned on the site, is located at about 500 m at 10 euros per day (while in the blue lines you pay 8 per day, 15 for 2 days).

We stayed at this hotel from August 14th to 17th. The location on the seafront is excellent. The room is simply furnished, with a pleasant window overlooking the seafront, new fixtures, daily cleaning, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet, but the sink is a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Family run hotel, simple, clean, good breakfast buffet. There is also an attached restaurant service with a simple, homemade and varied menu every day. Only one small problem, it is located on the Adriatic state road 16 and in the evening there may be some traffic. However it didn't bother us. This is a great place to stay for singles or groups. Very walkable to everything. The staff is amazing and breakfast has a little of everything and some of the best coffee we have had.

We were able to park outside the property which was free from 8pm-8am and the cost per hour was 1.20. The room was clean and modern, although slightly small but this did not matter as it was only a one night stay. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was nice. The location was ideal as it was a five minute walk to the centre.

Lovely hotel but without a balcony unfortunately

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae.

Stayed in Hotel Dimorae for 3 months on work assignment from UK. Stayed in one of their apartments. Was perfect for one person for long duration. Locations was perfect, close everything you need. Comfy and clean and was very well looked after. Staff were very friendly, area was quiet enough, I had everything I needed for 3 months

Rooms were very tiny but clean. Location is very strategic - close to seaside - but not too loud. A little away from the nicer restaurants of the town. Recommended only for quick overnight stays.

Classic structure, with everything you need. The sea view is beautiful it seems to sleep on the beach even if the sound of the rough sea really makes noise. In the bathroom there is no place to hang the towels and there is no drying rack to put wet swimsuits. The beach below the hotel is convenient, there is nothing around except the little bars on the seafront, it is better to move to Fano or Senigallia...

I spent a week as their guest. Having the electric car I had telephone reassurances that I could recharge it in the hotel having 2 columns installed. Once arrived it was no longer possible to recharge the car because they did not know how much to charge me for recharging as they could not afford to recharge for free to us who had booked through Booking. The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around...

A rare find, in the middle of the forest, with a breathtaking view of the sea, a quality hotel with a restaurant that is really worth it! The staff is very helpful, the owners attentive and very professional. Small dogs are welcome. The rooms with large terrace are impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is beautifull, and the place around it is amazing. I dont mind oldschool furniture, but holes in the wall and missing molding is a little too much. Didnt also like that they charge coperto of 5€ for dinner to the hotel guests. Also the staff could put on a smile once in a while.

I stayed for a week on a half board basis in the bungalow. Very simple breakfast only sweet, if you wanted salty you had to ask for it.The guys in the room at the first experiences. there was no socket for the hairdryer or razor, always in the bathroom there was a mirror without light. Overall decent for being outdoors not too close to the sea. In the country only essential for families.

Simple campsite, well priced. There's the usual problem of noisy neighbors at inappropriate hours and the sound of "animazione" near the bar during certain evenings. There's no toilet paper in the bathrooms (which is fine) and the bar doesn't have much, but it's only a 5 min drive from the beach and supermarket. It's a good homebase for going around this area.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff-very friendly, helpful and accommodating-location close to beach, rooms clean but outdated and need modernised, breakfast not great.

The hotel is in a great location, across from beach. Everything was great with this hotel, but I would avoid the fifth floor. There was a party going on in the party area above, and fortunately it ended by 11 p.m. But summer months there is an outdoor bar and I am sure it would be very loud until late - and we are an older couple. Poor service, expensive parking

We stayed for one night on our way to Puglia. The hotel was super close to the beach, the employees were all really helpful and the area was nice and contained a lot of great looking restaurants. The breakfast was really good, one of the best we have tried in Italy, very varied and with something for everyone.

Most beautifully located ocean front. Walk down tiny bit hill to the beach, take hotel elevator to 3rd floor put you at street level. Walk 3 minutes to center of town, sooooo beautiful town. Most warm and friendly staff. Best breakfast ever. When we were leaving, the staff send us out to our car park, made us feel sooo welcome. We will go to Numa again and again in the future!

Loved this hotel! This is the second time taking a group of 30-40 to this hotel and this visit was just as enjoyable as the first. Beds were super comfortable, wifi was fast and strong in the rooms and breakfast was solid with a nice selection.
