Lovely hotel but without a balcony unfortunately

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae.

Stayed in Hotel Dimorae for 3 months on work assignment from UK. Stayed in one of their apartments. Was perfect for one person for long duration. Locations was perfect, close everything you need. Comfy and clean and was very well looked after. Staff were very friendly, area was quiet enough, I had everything I needed for 3 months

Great rooms with good location

Rooms were very tiny but clean. Location is very strategic - close to seaside - but not too loud. A little away from the nicer restaurants of the town. Recommended only for quick overnight stays.

Museum Hotel Alexander, located on the beach, is an unique hotel filled with modern art. Each room is painted by an Italian artist. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nowhere in Italy we had such a good breakfast. An experience not to forget!!

If you want to eat well, you should stay here! The food was excellent and abundant - lovely home made meals. Full and half board include 4 course meals with wine and water, breakfast was also good. The staff were very friendly and made a great effort to provide a lactose-free menu for my wife. We had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent residence, excellent value for money, clean and with everything you need for cooking, Valentina was incredible and kind, as was the guy who took care of the bikes.... We will definitely stay another week in September. We returned in September... another fantastic week, highly recommended for anyone with pets. Valentina and Marcello were fantastic.

I have already been to this residence more than once and I am always happy to return at least once a year. Clean and tidy rooms, fair prices, nice and friendly staff and it is no more than 30 meters from the beach.

Clean apartment suitable for a family of two + two children. Convenient to the beaches. Nice and nice staff. The kitchen, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired due to its size and old age. Very comfortable beds and a perfectly working shower. The price only makes sense in August

The staff were very friendly but spoke little to no English. The rooms are most definitely dated. Keys are still used instead of key cards and you can hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms as though the walls are paper thin. The breakfast is a typical pastry and coffee offering.

Basic rooms, with somewhat reduced bathrooms and narrow but windowed bathroom fixtures and, very importantly, present hooks and towel rails. Great hotel, good value for money. I was pleased with the large selection of dishes for breakfast, the high-quality cleaning of the room, the towels were changed every day, and the towels that were given to the beach also had a very pleasant subtle aroma (this is important for me). A great place to spend your holidays or, in my case, even for work. There is outdoor parking, a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant. Very neat and clean environment. New rooms with all amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly and professional staff.

"The beautiful Italy" Super bungalow: clean, fresh, spacious and equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. Bright and large bathroom (also for the disabled). Comfortable and tidy common spaces: bathrooms, play areas, swimming pool with super sun beds ... even mattresses for sunbathing !!! Fantastic entertainment that involved children and guests of all ages with very well organized, engaging, active...

I stayed for a week on a half board basis in the bungalow. Very simple breakfast only sweet, if you wanted salty you had to ask for it.The guys in the room at the first experiences. there was no socket for the hairdryer or razor, always in the bathroom there was a mirror without light. Overall decent for being outdoors not too close to the sea. In the country only essential for families.

We stayed at the cupra until yesterday. We had a great time. Excellent food (the only flaw ... the timetable) a little late for those with children like us (13h for lunch 20h for dinner). Simple campsite, well priced. There's the usual problem of noisy neighbors at inappropriate hours and the sound of "animazione" near the bar during certain evenings. There's no toilet paper in the bathrooms (which is fine) and the bar doesn't have much, but it's only a 5 min drive from the beach and supermarket. It's a good homebase for going around this area.

The hotel is in a good location near the sea, comfortable room with all the services described, the only flaw is the elevator that cannot go to the ground floor but you have to go up a flight of stairs: .. there would also be an elevator but it is only accessible for people with disabilities, satisfactory breakfast..

The hotel is in a great location, across from beach. Everything was great with this hotel, but I would avoid the fifth floor. There was a party going on in the party area above, and fortunately it ended by 11 p.m. But summer months there is an outdoor bar and I am sure it would be very loud until late - and we are an older couple. Have now been there for the last three years. Hotel has wonderful view over the beach and the Adriatic Sea. Also offers an excellent breakfast which comes with the room. Very modern rooms and welcoming staff and management we will be returning for our yearly Pesaro visit next year.

Very nice hotel. Rooms eere a little smaller than what we're used to, but you couldn't beat the view. We came during the cold months, but I can imagine that this would be the perfect place to stay during the summer months.

Poor service, expensive parking

We stayed for one night on our way to Puglia. The hotel was super close to the beach, the employees were all really helpful and the area was nice and contained a lot of great looking restaurants. The breakfast was really good, one of the best we have tried in Italy, very varied and with something for everyone.

Loved this hotel! This is the second time taking a group of 30-40 to this hotel and this visit was just as enjoyable as the first. Beds were super comfortable, wifi was fast and strong in the rooms and breakfast was solid with a nice selection. Of the seven hotels we stayed in on this trip, the David Palace Hotel was one of our favorites. We will definitely return in the future.

Lovely hotel with great location with stunning view. The staff is kind, helful and unobtrusive. The room was cleaned and tidy every day as well as towels were also changed daily. There is terrace when you can relax watching the beautiful sea.

What a fantastic hotel. A real oasis especially for us as we were travelling through the area in early December. Very comfortable room, good facilities nearby and a great buffet breakfast with many choices. The front office staff were outstanding.
