Strong 5-star rating for this family-run restaurant, based on both experience and food.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the food is perfectly cooked. All the ingredients tasted fresh and full of taste.
The best pasta meals I tasted around Italy. Especially, the porcini mushrooms that my partner ordered.
Furthermore, the desserts were good as well. The tiramisu - the best one I tried during my holiday (and I tried a lot - in every restaurant I sat in search of the best one). All the flavours were present - the mascarpone was well-beaten, the sponge fingers not soaked and clear taste of coffee and the alcohol they used in perfect balance.

Excellent food, excellent service, nice place inside and also outside, a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Parking place also available.

Nice breakfast. If you want to order coffee, specify whether you'd like espresso, americano or any other type.

Went to Serenella on the recommendation of our hotel. What a find! You know you are in for a good meal from the small imperceptible details: the quality of the cloth, the crockery, the way service moves around and greets. And it was: Truly excellent food and a wonderful wine list, curated properly . Risotto Out of this world, likely my best ever. Owners Filippo and Christina really know the trade and how to make a cosy little garden restaurant into an experience. If around or nearby Lago Maggiore and you are done with the touristy bits, this is the place to go. A treat. Thank you.

Had such a wonderful time here! We were last minute celebrating a birthday and the food, experience and service couldn’t have been better! Lovely bottles of champagne and even turned on Stevie Wonders Happy birthday with dessert ! Loved this place for a celebration, intimate dinner or just a fabulous time!

Nice food, in a small town on the lake (feriolo).
Staff is friendly and good value for money; not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but food is delicious. Try the buffet antipasti and have the green apple sorbet with calvados ?
