This hotel is excellent value for Cervinia, with a shuttle bus service that works really well to & from the gondola. We enjoyed our stay in the suite - I do think it needs a complete modernisation within the room, and also putting cheap, brown toilet paper in the bathroom doesn't really align with the prices charged. Breakfast was a good spread - our only issue was that we weren't on half board and therefore on several days, there was no table identified for us in the morning. My husband experienced another guest who shouted at him that we'd 'stolen their table'. In terms of cleanliness the hotel was spotless and having stayed previously on the high street, the noise level is much better in the evening. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Travelled from Australia for the sking and by chance found this family run hotel, and I must say it was fantastic. The friendliness of the owner and her daughters including staff were so relaxed and kind. the lounge, dinning , wellness area were fantastic. Location perfect. Sorry we never really thanked you all at the end , so please thank you for the wonderful stay. We shall return. Regards John T

We have stayed at Edelweiss a few times now and are still enjoying great moments at the bar, the restaurant and the superbly renewed spa. This family owned hotel is just perfect. With a very attentive staff, its great location is just what you need for your ski holidays. The restaurant serves a variation of menus every evening and for the connoisseurs, the wine cellar has some Italian gems ! We will definitely come back this summer !

Fantastic. Great ski hotel. Food superb quality. Like dining out every evening. 4/5 courses. Maitre-d from 10 years ago still there. Very pleasant and jovial. Invites you to the dessert table to choose from the selection. Plenty of choice too for each course. Breakfast good, wide selection and good quality. Bedrooms standard ski room with nice up to date bathroom. Plenty of hot water. We had a room at the rear of the hotel so just a view of the snowy hill behind. We've had better hotel views in the past but it was nice and quiet. Nice lounges to relax in. Didn't use the spa but there is one for a fee. Shuttle bus provided to the nearby ski lift. It's up a hill so this was very welcomed. Our second visit and probably not our last. Thankyou we really enjoyed our stay. Owners very pleasant too.

The courtesy taxi service to and from the gondola was very convenient and unexpected. No timetable just call the reception. We really enjoyed the excellent 4 course dinner every evening. We found a good atmosphere in the hotel with all staff friendly and helpful. We understand why guests return to this hotel. Thank you for a lovely week.

Superb hotel with amazing staff. Half-board evening dinner is excellent, and breakfast is great too. Although not far from the lifts, the hotel has a ln efficient shuttle to take you to the main gondola or chair lift. The hotel is also very convenient for the supermarket next door, and the main bus station opposite. If you book direct, you may get inclusive access to the wonderful spa in the basement.

Stayed here with Crystal. Didn't use the upgraded spa but this stay was as good as the first. Friendly staff, a driver to get you to and from the slopes and great food.

One of the place where we will return. The conditions were excellent. It is a dog friendly hotel and the staff is very kind.
