The ceiling in the room was leaking, which is unacceptable in this category. This is not a minor cosmetic issue but a fundamental maintenance problem that suggests the property is not being properly managed.
The quality of the breakfast was well below standard. The texture and taste of the eggs were particularly unpleasant – it felt like chewing sand. The selection was poor and the overall quality subpar, completely unworthy of a hotel that claims to be four-star.
The highlight of the “service” was when the breakfast staff told me to return my dirty dishes to the collection area after eating. This is not a self-service cafeteria, but supposedly a four-star hotel. What’s next? Knocking on the door and handing me a vacuum cleaner so I can clean the room myself?
The price and the advertised category bear no resemblance to reality. A complete disappointment – I do not recommend it.
Overnight stay as part of a longer trip. Checking in was straightforward. The room was a good size, but the ensuite quite small. Mini fridge was provided and free parking at the front of the hotel. A few minutes walk to restaurants.

I also want to give a special mention to Vera, a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was memorable. Her warm, friendly demeanor and genuine care made me feel right at home. She was always available to help with a smile, and her professionalism truly stood out.
The combination of excellent food and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip!
