Many thanks to Aurora and her daughter Angelica for their warm and professional hospitality. Their kindness and helpfulness were truly appreciated, especially when my son joined me. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their recommendations for places to visit were invaluable. I will definitely return to this hotel!

The location is far from the city center, the rooms are too old-fashioned, the breakfast is really poor and sad, and the price is really disproportionate compared to the location and the services offered.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days for work and had an excellent experience. The owner, Barbara, was incredibly efficient and kind to our workers. The lunches were plentiful and delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Barbara was always available to accommodate any of our requests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm welcome and impeccable service.

Staying in this hotel was a truly unique experience, I immediately felt like a family, welcomed with warmth and very supported in a very difficult period for me. Mrs. Barbara and her mother are really 2 people very helpful, kind as well as all the staff.
The room and all the common areas are very clean and furnished with great care and sobriety.
The cuisine is very good, varied and abundant.
I will definitely come back with my family and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

We stayed two nights my wife and I! The welcome from the owner Barbara was jovial and nice! The cuisine is well prepared and varied even for celiacs.
All the rooms are welcoming and well cared for and clean.
We will certainly return.

From the owner Barbara who is delicious and nice and all good for the service the excellent food the chef who cooks super well and Katia at the service and everyone, cleanliness and order and everything you can have in this hotel is special very welcoming and I'm happy to have been very good to welcome me and make me feel at ease thanks I also recommend it for eating for those with health problems for celiacs. I stayed for two nights and found this hotel clean, welcoming and a stone's throw from the sea.
The breakfast is good too bad you can't have breakfast outdoors I would have liked it so much.
Parking is a problem as it is small and if you are lucky you will find lathes.
However, I highly recommend it to those who do not have too many pretensions and still want to spend a holiday in Loano.
Thanks to all the staff for their time and their availability and kindness.
