We had a problem to take the keys to the room because we arrived late. Tke keys didn't work
The breakfast is very good

Great place no spa open till evening

The hotel is modern, clean and well presented. We went at the end of ski season so some aspect like the bar and restaurant were closed.
They run a car shuttle to the main ski lift and it’s about a 8 minute walk back from the nearest slope.
Breakfast was good as too the spa which you can book privately for 40 minutes.
Located close to all town bars and restaurants. Parking a bit tight in the basement.
The rooms have lovely balconies too.
Close to a 5 star but couldn’t without full service being open!

My wife and I stayed in room 208 in this hotel on June 28th/29th. We were welcomed kindly and let in for an early check in at 12:00. The main issue was the heat and humidity in the room, which made it impossible for us to sleep well at night. We tried leaving the windows open/the AC on during the night, but the problem was deeper than that-the bathtub in the room caused the main humidity issue! On top of that, unfortunately, the SPA WATER was truly dirty, and not cleaned prior to our turn at 6pm. Finally, breakfast was pretty simple. We paid 169€ for one night and did not receive the services we had expected for that price!
