My husband and I had a splendid stay at Hotel Della Torre. Visiting Stresa was the last leg of our trip so we were looking for somewhere scenic, romantic, and relaxing to end our Italian travels. This hotel checked all of those boxes and more! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was a wonderful perk and delicious. Our room was clean and charming, especially with the small terrace, perfect for a latte in the morning and wine in the evening, featuring stunning views of the lake. It was a bit chilly when we visited in September so we only spent a few hours at the pool, but it is a lovely place to relax with a book (plus the bar is a nice touch).

Only a few feet from the Isola Bella ferry stop, and about a 20 minute walk into town, the location is quiet and perfectly situated right near Lake Maggiore. We highly recommend Hotel Della Torre and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Small balconies. Lovely staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel was located close to the beach. Ferry to nearby islands left from the beach. Just a short walk from the train station. Lovely swimming pool on site. It was closed for the winter in October.

Perfect location, really close to water for getting a boat for other Islands ( just 3 min walk)
The room are spacious, the mattress and pillow are comfortable.
Nice balcony which in the evening gives you the possibility to have a wine or even dinner as we had.
The swimming pool was OK but technically is not that deep for swimming but you can do sun bathing.
The hotel offers of course the parking space but you need to pay daily and on the top of that comes the city tax which we didn't know. It would be better if at the reception, they would tell us.
But all and all we had a very pleasant vacation there and we are really happy with our hotel.

Nice and cozy hotel relatively close (20 min. walk) to Stresa center. The room was classically decorated but was clean and tidy. The only criticism would be the A/C cleanliness, which was dirty and didn't smell pleasant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful they make an effort to accommodate you. The breakfast is buffet style with decent variety. Packing is on availability only.
Overall a great stay.

Very pleasant play for a short and long stay in Stresa and Botomeo area. Staff is so much helpful and professional! Thank you! The hotel is 100 m from the boats to islands and about 15 min walking from the center of Stresa, but it deserves to walk along the lake, enjoying all beautiful buildings and gardens. Parking to the hotel costs 13 euros. Our room looked to the mountain - lovely view. Very rich breakfast. I recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Brilliant location for exploring Stresa, the islands and getting the cable car. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was great and they did special meals for the children each evening. Pool was never too busy and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend this for a family friendly holiday.

Service is better than what i would expect from a 3-star hotel. The food in the restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced for the area. However, the AC in the room was a big let down, it barely cooled the room and shut off after a certain time in the evening, this led to very hot nights as i didn't want to open the window due to the mosquitos. Our room also suffered for train noise, not enough to wake you but it was still annoying. To be honest I could live with the trains, but not the heat due to the poor AC.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The whole of our stay was wonderful, from the fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and garden, creative and tasty evening meal courses to the staff who were incredibly kind and attentive. Our stay could not have been more perfect!

We loved it, all the bar staff and waiter s were really professional and friendly. Bit of a walk into Stresa but lovely along the lake side and convenient for the boats. Only downside is the busy road is a bit noisy.

A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the adults relaxed with a nice drink. The rooms were large and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was a nice too.
