The villa is situated a few minutes away from the lake and 2 minutes walk from Hotel Meeting (where you do the check-in). The appartments inside are very spacious and very clean and are very well equipped. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good - not very diverse, but really tasty. Soundproofing was good inside the rooms and beds were comfortable. Parking is mostly free around the property (white lines) and the property is out of the ZTL. Great accommodation!

What a scam, we booked a specific room but they already gave it away to someone else
We ended up in a dirty, moldy and smelly room !
We initially planned to stay two nights but after the first night in this disgusting room we obviously didn't want to stay longer. Especially for the high prices to paid to be sur to habe a good room.
That's when the manager started shouting and yelling at me through the phone. When he started to become rude, that was it.
Save your money and holiday and find your place a better place.
Breakfast was also very basic and disappointing, could do better

The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

"If you don't want a moldy shower, you're in the wrong hotel" is what the manager shouted at us.

Breakfast was good but as we didn’t speak Italian we were ignored, we assumed that when we asked for coffee we would also get croissants as other people had.

Refrigerator was broken, did not agree to repair or replace room.

It's a good room but the bathroom & shower is far too small and awkward to be advertised as wheelchair accessible.
