Very well located, nice and cozy, rich breakfast and super friendly personnel. Closed to many dinner options and shops. Offers a private parking but free options are just around the corner.

The villa is a simple and original furnished family hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and very nice. A good breakfast is offered at a good price. There are private parking spaces in front of the hotel. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, yet close to the city center and the waterfront. It is easy to reach on foot - perfect for a stay in Verbania. Many thanks to the friendly hosts. The room with a balcony was lovely.

Hotel in an old villa with 10 rooms run by a married couple. Our room was simply furnished, in the bathroom everything was available that you need. Good location about 200 meters from the promenade, in a few minutes you are in the center with narrow streets and many shops.
Free parking in front of the house. Breakfast as a buffet with very good juice made from blood oranges and sparkling wine.

Bloody room was looking at a factory with a fuss all night. No air condition. The bathroom is old. Fortunately clean. Urgent renovation is needed. Exactly unnecessary. The parking lot cramped. Breakfast is charged extra.
