I'm pretty sure they have enough money to not care about their customers anymore, and you should avoid annoying them and just go somewhere else. Very cold staff you have to squeeze every bit of information out of them. When we arrived we were greeted with a little piece of paper on the counter stating that there was a wedding going on, so no access to the restaurant, no access to the bar and no access to the swimming pool, but you're paying full price anyway. They don't warn you beforehand. Loud music until 1 am, the beds were not comfortable at all, I was supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first one.

My partner and I stayed at the resort for a week, everything was almost perfect. I say almost because unfortunately the pool is very slippery both at the entrance and at the exit, you have to be very careful. The beach is nice, with many pebbles, I recommend rock shoes. Another flaw, (then in the last few days it has improved) was the heat in the dining room during lunch and dinner, this unfortunately did not make the meals very pleasant, obviously we informed those in charge of the heat it was doing. Good and plentiful food. For the rest, a nice holiday in total relaxation. Very kind staff and a heartfelt thanks to the animation: Alessandro, Vittoria, Kevin, Luca, Marco, Giorgia and Jessica, very good and very nice.

With my family we spent a week full of fun, carefree and also visited beautiful beaches.
The Village is very well cared for and clean in all its details; I had a small problem with the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, but it was immediately solved by the office managers together with the Director whom I thank.
Very good food ... always different menus ... excellent desserts.
Entertainment: note of merit to the Village Chief Alessandro always present throughout the day, very prepared and ready to accommodate customer requests ... coordinates a young staff but at the same time very polite and present (never invasive) ... Giorgia and Jessica from the mini club really good and Luca and Kevin always at the top. To underline the highly trained Vittoria and the talented Marco ... not least the teacher Roberto who is also very good.
Thanks also to the lifeguard Giuseppe always present and the girls who take care of the rooms.
Negative note is the beach (not the sea which is clear and with beautiful colors) which is pebbly and if you do not have shoes you enter and exit the water with great difficulty ... I recommend for the near future to improve the 'beach item because many customers were disappointed.

We stayed at the village 1 week and we appreciated the perfect cleanliness, the kindness of all the collaborators and the animation guys who knew how to involve us without ever being intrusive. The swimming pool is splendid but in some places very slippery, the kitchen offers a great variety of decent dishes but the wine is not in line with the quality we expected.
The beach, although beautiful and well-kept, is not suitable for those who do not swim safely and I would recommend the shoes for the stony bottom. Who is looking for a quiet holiday this is the right place, I must say that the average age is a bit high! If you decide to take a day trip by boat, the village offers very useful packed lunch boxes! A real concern for the customer!
