Rodia Inn in Oristano

Today was a negative experience, booked for the afternoon but when we entered and paid, no one informed us that there were 5 families with about ten children, I fully agree that they left them a lot of money, but since they practically occupied the pool just for themselves and partied, if they had warned us when we paid I would have given up and gone to the beach, none of the staff bothered to enforce a minimum of respect towards the other guests, we have always been regular customers but after today's experience I think I will put a cross on it.

My thirteen year old son had dinner and lunch at this hotel with the swimming team to participate in the regional competitions. Even though we had agreed a few weeks before that the dishes would not contain dairy products because my son is severely lactose intolerant and could have been ill, he was served rice with butter instead of a drizzle of oil as requested. Luckily my son noticed and did not eat it. But lunch without a first course was insufficient to face a long day of competitions and also it was paid in advance at full price. Therefore the experience was negative and we will certainly not return to this hotel. Not recommended for those who are intolerant to certain foods.
