We could not see the ocean, the hotel is in a middle of the Land the staff was okay but not super nice in my opinion could be more hospital the bathroom the shower work kind of old very small very tight which probably it's normal for Europe but it was also kind of used and abuse in a sense the views around were very pretty it was remote location the food choices were nothing to brag about and the quality of the ingredients was pretty much like market average the cheapest produce you can get.

You do need a car, pool is lovely, views great and go half board and nothing local and the food is fantastic. They have several animals too.

Good points Peaceful place with nice surroundings Lovely pool area Rooms good size and cleaned daily Restaurant food and cocktails lovely Things that need improving Breakfast food was ok but very limited, got boring after 7 days, would have been nice to see more fresh fruits and salad products, fruit often looked very sad and not appetising, also for somewhere with an olive grove would have been nice to see some fresh olives for breakfast. In the evening you are invited to come to the pool area for cocktails and music from 1730 onwards, on most days no one was available behind the bar and no music, had to go and find someone to come up and make cocktails and ask for some music to be played, once one cocktail was finished you then had to go and find someone again. If this is offered someone should be behind the bar at all times as people were arriving ready to spend money and buy drinks but after waiting just walked off, huge missed opportunity to make money. Seems there were just not enough staff to do the job but if there’s not just don’t offer the service rather than disappoint guests. Another thing the website states is that there is a poolside bar for aperitifs and snacks, but the bar is not open at all during the day, so make sure you have your own snacks and drink if spending a day by the pool. Overall we had a nice stay but this place could be so much better with just a little more care.

great place to enjoy for a few days. Very nice and accommodating people, great 'tents' with breathtaking views at night. We had tent no. 6. Recommended!
Only the quite loud club music from some place beyond the area (we stayed from Sat to Sun) was a bit of a downside. Even with earplugs it was a challenge to sleep until 4am. I assume bad luck...

We were very disappointed. So much black mold in bathroom, shower head and door knob came out. Cleaning staff did not like that we asked them to come back in 30 minutes as they came when we were showering (we were gone the whole morning only came back in the afternoon for few minutes to shower) - they ended up not coming back and not cleaning our room…. Also dishes at breakfast were not cleaned properly at times, otherwise quite average italian breakfast (no veggies, only sweet cereals etc). We also expected more from the area around the property…

This is for the “Karen” who left a review and for anyone wanting a “true” review. We found this place perfect for anyone wanting a rustic Sardinian hotel. The staff were fantastic, friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and exactly what we wanted. I do recommend you hire your own car because it is a little remote with no alternative transport except taxis. Lots of place within 25-30 min drive. The food at the hotel was lovely. I highly recommend the evening market in San Teodoro which is every night. La Tavernetta is a fabulous seafood restaurant and there’s a beach bar nearby which is great for food and cocktails. A trip to Alghero is a must for the historic walled city and lovely restaurants and shops. San Pantaleo is a lovely village with shops and bars. San Cervo has a marina with expensive yachts. Day 5 night Tenuta Dell Osteria Maria Which is just up the road. 4 course meal with wine and the best view ever! Highly recommend going here for an evening to remember.

We stayed in a classic, quite compact room with a matching traditional bathroom. The location is lovely, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The staff did a great job — helpful and attentive, even when things got a bit busy. Aperitif and dinner by the pool were served in a relaxed atmosphere with delicious food and great wine. Breakfast was varied. It looks like they are expanding with additional standalone chalets, which is a nice touch!

I really loved the vibe of this place. Staff were very friendly, the outdoor restaurant was prettily decorated with canopies and lights and the pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. There was a huge choice both on the evening menu and the self serve breakfast, and all of what we tried was excellent.
