The accommodation was very modest — noisy fridge, weak Wi-Fi only on the terrace, and a tiny shower. During 10 days, we didn’t get any clean towels or bed linen and were told to wash them ourselves. The apartment was clean and had enough kitchenware, but the overall experience was disappointing.
We had already paid €1,218 in full through Agoda, where no extra fees were mentioned. Upon arrival, they refused to let us in until we paid an additional €520 (€90 cleaning, €30 city tax, €200 utilities, and a €200 deposit). We were basically forced to pay, as there was no refund option. After two hours of talking to the receptionist and manager, they said it was “Agoda’s problem” and offered no help — just demanded payment.
They later returned the €200 deposit, but the rest was never resolved. This was our first wedding anniversary trip, and they completely ruined the first days of our vacation. Not recommended.

Great location, friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of tips to visit the surroundings (beautiful beaches nearby).

We had an incredible stay in October. The service was outstanding, and the apartment was incredibly comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend Residenze Gallura, and we're looking forward to returning this year! Thanks to the great staff and Antonio of course!

Good location, clean and simple apartment, a bit tired but good value for money. Stayed for one week with my husband and daughter in May this year, could sometimes hear music at night nearby in a club, think if you go in high season it would be louder and busier. Need a car hire, free parking. Beautiful beaches nearby and right in town so lots of shops, bar’s restaurants nearby, I would go back. Helpful staff, towels, sheets etc all provided, oven washing machine etc. thank you for the stay.

Tidy and lovely accommodation in the heart of San Teodoro, in a quiet residential area. It is surrounded by very well kept gardens and there is a lot of parking space. The location is perfect, it is literally a 5 minutes walk from many restaurants and vibrant bars and a 30 minutes walk from la Cinta beach. Antonio was the icing on the cake: he was very welcoming, thoughtful and went way beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. He had excellent recommendations and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you kindly Antonio.

Location ok. But only suitable if your coming for longer period and taking all you need with you. Staff was good.

Brilliant place, clean , 2 min walking from the town center, 5 min driving from la cinta beach and 15 min driving from one of the best beach in Sardinia ( cala brandinchi). Definitely worth it.

Stayed here for sun and bass. Rooms were basic but clean. Would have enjoyed a slightly bigger shower and more kitchen tools. Antonio was lovely enough to let us check out a little later. Really good location. 18min walk to Ambra night, 15 min walk to Bal Harbour 20minute walk to La Cinta. Best thing about this place was the friends you make. Really lovely community whilst at the festival. I'll defo come back for that alone. And price was reasonable. We got our deposit back.

Antonio was very helpful even with a language barrier. Nothing google translate can’t sort. Basic but nice accommodation and is very close to the main town. Would stay again

Nobody speak English. Nobody care about the guests. Towels in the houses? Forget about them. Nice restaurant near by? Forget about it. Beach? Please walk 40 minutes because it is impossible to call a taxi... worst Italian week ever. 🤮

Bare minimum of what you need is in. Clean. Somewhat outdated. But close to the center indeed and ~30 min to walk to both beaches.
