Hotel Brancamaria in Cala Gonone

The room and bed is ok but the service is too bad.
For a 4-star hotel, it’s unacceptable that the rooms don’t have tea bags, coffee, or a kettle; you have to ask the front desk for them, and they aren’t very willing to provide them.
On my first night, I asked the front desk for an electric kettle, and they told me it would be delivered to my room the next day. However, by the following afternoon, no one had brought it. I went back to the front desk, and they said they might be short on stock and that I’d have to wait another day. I refused their suggestion to wait another day, and 10 minutes later, they brought the kettle. So, it’s not that they didn’t have any—it’s that they were unwilling to give them to you. What was infuriating was that when they finally delivered it, they tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming they couldn’t give it to me because I wasn’t in the room—even though I had been in the room the entire time that day, and the housekeeper had even knocked on the door to ask if I wanted the room cleaned.
The next day, during housekeeping (while I was out of the room), they didn’t even replace the used towels. I don’t know if this was done to get back at me.
Notice, the swimming pool is not good for children. It's 1.4 meters deep throughout, with no shallow areas or slopes.
It's close to the road, so when you open the window, the traffic noise is very loud.
