Hotel La Ciaccia in Valledoria

My visit to this pizzeria was a big disappointment. The staff was unprofessional and even rude at times, which spoiled the overall experience. When we ordered wine, we weren’t given wine glasses, which I consider a basic standard that should be expected in such a place. We finished with dessert – panna cotta – but it was served with completely frozen fruit, indicating a lack of care in preparation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope they work on improving both their service and food quality.

I did not enjoy this restaurant as I didn't receive any food.They told me,my sister and parents to wait an hour for the pizza so we did as they told us and waited 1 hour.We came back after an hour and they told us to wait another hour.We came back after that hour and still didn't receive the 3 pizza's we ordered exactly 2 hours ago.We asked if its ready and they told us to wait another hour.We said "ok" and went back home.We came and asked and they didn't reply or give us our food.I am very disappointed in this as I am hungry and I have been swimming the whole day in the ocean.As we were walking out very hungry we saw another young man upset with the service as his food was late aswell.He wasn't served too!That made me very upset to see him as hungry as us.Me,my sister and parents travelled from our country to taste Italy's pizza because we have heard that it was absolutely delicious.We didn't receive any food and they ignored our question which made me upset because I was very hungry.There are 4 very hungry people in my family.Thank you for reading my review about this restaurant.Goodbye..

Did not stay at the hotel. Only ate at the restaurant.

The food was decent, but we got too few menus, and it was slow to arrive. It appeared more important foe them to get delivery food out.

After eating, it was exceedingly difficult to get the bill, as the staff appeared stressed and ran everywhere, rarely looking up. They did not give a feeling of worning effectively.

But still, the food was decent, even if they took "cover charge" of two euros per person, without providing anything palpable for it.
