We stayed with Cinzia and Chris from Boxing day, through New Year for 10 days. This place, the staff, the chef Daniele and the hosts were the most attentive and kindest people you could wish to meet. It felt like we were welcomed as family. Stunning scenery, impeccable gardens and tranquility. A real gem.
It's also a great base to investigate south east Sicily with Siracusa, Catania, Noto, Modica and Caltagirone within easy reach. The resort is at 600m altitude in the Hyblea mountains so expect it to be a bit cooler than the coast.
We had a beautiful small stone built house with kitchen and bathroom and an aircon system that doubles as a heater. The beds were (thankfully) very firm and comfortable which was a bonus because we've had several holidays ruined by bad beds.
Lastly, the restaurant is really good. A lot of love has been put into the food, as with everything at Domus Hyblea.

We are in the last few hours of our stay here and are already sad we are leaving this piece of perfection. This lovely farm property is an easy walk to the charming town but it’s hard to stay there long when Daniele makes the most delicious and creative food, the swimming pool overlooking the hills and valley is pristine, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Just walking around the property, you can see the very fig and pear trees whose produce ends up on your breakfast table! The staff is wonderful and welcoming, and Cinzia is the most gracious, helpful host. This casual resort is just the best!

What an absolute treat. I have traveled all over Sicily with my American, Italian, and German friends since 2000, cycling. This place is perfect for serious cyclists, cycling the island. The rooms include a kitchen and plenty of space to put your bike in the room. Cinzia was so kind and helpful. Chef Daniele is a gifted chef, who also was very helpful in making delicious foods that I could eat, due to multiple allergies. I highly recommend this resort.

A rambling estate of very pretty cottages set in lovely countryside. We stayed in the main block of rooms close to the restaurant, plenty of space, good shower, comfy bed, good WiFi, rooms typical of an agriturismo. A fabulous swimming pool set in great surroundings. The restaurant was a relatively new building with glass front so good views, food excellent. Breakfast fairly typical italian (sweet cakes etc) but bacon & scrambled egg available should you want it. Good coffee

Our stay at this resort was truly exceptional! The owners are incredibly hospitable, and the cook prepares delicious meals. The property is immaculate, with modern and beautifully designed rooms. It's such a remarkable place that you won't want to leave. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to everyone!

Small romantic vacation in an oasis of relaxation and peace. Wonderful place, familiar but professional welcome, divine food. Comfortable rooms equipped with all comforts. Excellent cleaning service. Courteous staff. Equipped and always clean swimming pool. To be done again 😀

Having travelled a lot we wanted a place to relax at the end of our holiday. This was a wo derful relaxing location. Very quiet, nice pool, wonderful restaurant and very helpful staff.

An oasis of peace in the south of Sicily, ideal for visiting the pearls: from Noto to Ragusa, from Marzamemi to Isola delle Correnti, not to mention the surprise that the town in which the structure is located, Palazzolo Acreide, gave us! The reportage has many rooms and suites spread across the large lands cultivated with olive trees and fruit trees. Many well-kept grassy areas, a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are furnished with sobriety and charm. It is also worth taking advantage of the restaurant, mostly with agricultural products and meats produced within the structure, it is a good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff and managers. Recommended for spending a short romantic holiday.

We stayed two nights in this wonderful estate and it was an escalation of beautiful discoveries. Great welcome, excellent food prepared on the spot, rich breakfast and so much peace. I recommend the beautiful pool. Perfect organization with attention to detail. It felt like being with family. I would like to return immediately.

Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.
